5 years later...

Daphne POV:

"Ginny, have you seen my books? I'm asking. Like every year, it's a mess. We'll all start at Hogwarts again. I'm going to my fifth year. "Yes here." Ginny says. She's giving me a stack of books. "Merci," I say, and I put them in my trunk. "Give me a hand." I say to Ginny and she sits on my suitcase. I'll zip it up. "Ready?" She asks. I nod and pull my suitcase off the bed.

"I'll take care of it." Fred says, and he takes my suitcase from me. "Gobble it up!" George says with a grin. I roll my eyes. "Compared to you, I act very mature." Fred says. "Hmmm." grins George. 'I think you're just trying to impress Daphne.' He says. "Yes, just like how Ron impressed Krum." Ginny says sarcastically. 'I'm happy single. Daphne's like a sister. I'm not going to try to impress her, am I?' Fred says. Those words hurt. I don't know why.... It's always like this. People always make comments about Fred and me. But Fred's like a brother, right? 'Well, if I'd had a pretty sister... Says George softly. Ginny looks at him insultingly. My mind is working at full speed. Why do I feel so close to Fred and why do his words hurt? 'Not that Ginny isn't pretty, but it's my sister.' He says. Ginny sighs and I roll my eyes. "Guys, grow up!" I say laugh. "Aren't we long enough?" Asks Fred. 'I couldn't judge that.' I say smirk. Fred gently slaps me in the head. "Not funny, Jackson." He says.

***In the Hogwarts Express***

"You guys go ahead. I'll be right there.' I say and I walk to the bathroom and change my normal clothes in my school uniform. I sigh. My skirt is a little too short and my blouse a little too tight. I look like one of those sluts who's always after Fred and George. I'm sure Fred likes it. I'm going to turn those thoughts away. Daphne, be normal! Luckily, my tie is tied because they're a little open. Still ask Mom or Molly if she can buy new ones. I put my robe over it and walk on the train.

"Looks good." I turn around and see Draco Malfoy standing. He's a third-graders and quite full of himself. "What do you want?" I say. "You," he says. 'Yes, that's not going to happen.' I say. Then Crabbe and Goyle appear. "You want me, don't deny it" I sigh. "No one wants you, even if you were the last one on earth." I say. He gets closer and soon I feel the walls of the train behind me. 'Just admit you want me.' He says. 'Just because Pansy's after your ass doesn't mean you can have anyone.' I'm sobbing. 'Oh how funny, no Pansy it's not going to be.' He says. "Ah, so I'm the victim?" I'm asking. "I wouldn't call you a victim." He says. Oh, God, why doesn't he leave me alone? I just want to go see Fred. And George. "Hey, leave her alone." Draco looks back and I see Harry standing there. "Potter." Draco looks at him. "What do you want, Pottah?" Asks Draco. 'I don't want anything, but I can see daphne wants to be left alone.' Says Harry dryly. I do my best not to laugh. Draco turns around and he's right in front of me. 'Daphne where were w-' Before he can say anything else I give him a knee. It's shrinking. "Thank you, Harry. Bye Malfoy." I say and I walk further on the train.

"Geez, where were you?" Asks Alicia. She's sitting next to George. He's got his arm around her. "No, still not officially." George says when I look at them. Alicia and George are separate. They're always together except in the holidays. They obviously like each other. Get caught a lot. They had at least 30 hours of criminal work together because they were caught. But they're not a couple. Would Fred and I look the same? I mean, we sit next to each other like that, and we touch each other, too. But just because we're friends, right? "But, where were you?" Asked Alicia. "Sorry, was held up by Malfoy." I say. "Did he touch you?" Fred says angrily. He's always been some kind of protective brother. I think it's kind of cute. 'No, but I do him, he's going to have a problem with his balls for now.' I say dry. Lee, burst into laughter and Fred and George grin.

"You look so good, Daphne." Says Lee while he's ringing at me. "Thanks Lee, can you see it?" Do I have to get a little closer?"" Lee gets a slight blush. 'I see, sorry I just found out that you've grown between the thigh and shoulder area during the holidays.' Lee says. "It's called your torso, Lee, your torso." Says George dryly. "What do you mean?" I'm asking. Fred gets up and gets behind me. I can feel the blood rising to my head when I feel his hands on my hips and his warm breath in his neck. I close my eyes and force myself not to turn red. I'm going crazy... his hands... his breath... you can turn around and kiss him... No! It's Fred... "Your female parts have grown." He says softly. I feel like I'm turning red. He lifts it up and throws me over his shoulder. With one hand he holds my skirt down and with the other he holds me.

"Fred's going to put me down!" I'm screaming. "Why?" He asks. "Because Lee looks up my skirt." I say. 'I don't do that at all!' Lee says. 'I know, but normally the gentleman is very protective and he would have put me down if you'd looked into my skirt.' I sigh. Fred laughs. "Weasley, put me down." I say. Fred's doing a round. Actually, this is quite high... "I'm so sorry, Fred." I say slightly irritated now. 'Okay, okay... I'm sorry.' He says and he puts me down. I look into his eyes for a second and for a moment I think he's going to kiss me, but then he sits down. A little stunned, he sits next to me.

"Okay, I think this train is about to catch fire." George says. "Yes, I think so." Lee says. Alicia does her best not to laugh. "What do you mean?" I'm asking. 'Um... you and Fred... those sparks...' Lee says with a grin. I wish. "Like Fred said, he sees me as a sister. And I see him as a brother." I say.

'That's exciting in itself... don't you often hear in the muggle world that stepbrothers and sisters are going to dat?' Asks Lee. 'I don't know anything about that, I was 11 when I disappeared from the muggle world.' I say. "So?" George says. 'I wasn't busy with those things back then.' I say. 'Oh...' He says with a grin. 'We're not all called George Weasley.' I say laugh.

'And besides, Fred and I aren't stepbrothers and sisters. Our parents are not divorced and married again.' I say. "You know what I mean, you're distracting me! Lee says. As soon as he says that, he gets a red color. "Lee, behave yourself." I say. Fred and George grin.

Then the train stops. But it's not time to arrive at Hogwarts at all. "What's going on?" I'm asking. Then a vague stature enters the compartment. He's looking around. Fred sits down in front of me, George for Alicia and Lee looks out of his eyes scared. The stature floats towards me. Fred's about to sit on my lap.

The stature looks deep into my eyes I feel cold and all my happy thoughts and feelings disappear. I fight hard and hold on to Fred. I don't care what's thought... His smell fills my nose and I look at the creature. He bends even further towards me, I close my eyes, the most horrible feeling I've ever felt goes through me, and it goes away. "What was that?" Alicia beeps. 'I don't know.' George says. "Daphne, are you okay?" Asks Fred. 'Yes everything ok...' I say. 'Just can't breathe because there's a 6-foot-10 guy on my lap.' I say dry. Fred grins and sits down next to me again. "Anything to protect my little sister." He says with a grin and he puts a quick kiss on my nose. I smile but again the words hurt. I don't want you to think of me as a little sister. I want you to think of me as Daphne.

I shake my mind off and then we hear Hermione and Ron screaming. "Bloodyhell" sounds Ron's voice. "Harry!" Screams Hermione. Fred and George shoot up and run out of the coupe.

"Stop!" Professor Snape is in the middle of the aisle. "But." Fred and George look under his arm. They're worried about Ron. Then an unknown man arrives. "Remus." Says Professor Snape. "Severus, have there been any dementors here?" Asks the man.
