Part 3

[Daphne POV]

"No, stop!" I'm screaming. Fred and george are tickling me. It's summer vacation again, and the second year's over. "Fred! George! Please, please!" I say gasp for breath. They're just going to keep going. 'I can't breathe anymore...' I say. 'If you can talk, you can breathe too!' Says George grinning. Fred against that let me go."George please!" I giggle in my breath. Eventually, he lets me go. I'm lying on Fred's bed between them. "Guys there, are you okay?" It's the middle of the night. Raven are you still alive?" Ginny sticks her head in the room. "Yes, I'm still alive." I say laugh. Ginny disappears again. "You guys are crazy." I say. "That's right." Fred says. "Love you." He says. I roll my eyes. "Yes, what you are our best friend." He says. I smile shyly. 'You're my best friends, too. Forever in my heart." I say. "Forever in my heart." Fred says. "Forever in my heart." George says. I turn around to look at George. Fred's up against me and he's putting his arm around we always do. Fred turns his back on me. I'm going to bump into him. That's how I fall asleep.

I smile at the thoughts. I was just 13 at the time... I'm looking at Fred who's very focused on his book. "What are you doing?" I'm asking. 'Oh nothing...' He says. I look in his book and see it's a potion book. 'That's a sixth year book. Did you steal Snape's?" I'm asking. "Why do you always see everything?" Asks Fred. 'I've lived with you for five years so I know you.' I say. He's closing the book. "What do you need the book for?" I'm asking. "For something." He says. "Fred Weasley." I say strictly.

'Ok... George and I are about to turn 16 and we want to compete in the triwizard tournament and need an ageing potion. Just to get a few months older.' He says. 'It's not going to work. Dumbledore's not from yesterday. I say. He shrugs. "I warned you." I say and I walk away.

***later that week Fred and George tried to put their name in the goblet of fire and are now "old" as punishment ***

Krum's gone again, and Fred and George are starting to fight again. "Hey ready now!" Screams Professor McGonagall. She's taking Fred and George apart. Hermione and I look at each other and start laughing. 'I warned them...' she says. "Hey Fred, I think Raven really falls for you right now." Lee says. I turn red and avoid Fred's gaze. "Mr. Jordan has to do that now?" Asks Professor McGonagall. "Sorry, Professor." Lee says. Fred and George walk past me. 'Hey Fred... Didn't work out, did you?' I ask with a laugh. "Ha ha funny Raven." He says. Still, I see a slight grin on his face.

Alicia's coming. "Was that George?" She asks. I nod and try not to laugh at her face. "What happened?" Then asks them with a serious face. "Does he always look like this?" She's going to go after it fast. Hermione smiles softly and I can't suppress a grin either. 'They tried to sabotage the goblet of fire and that's their punishment. Madam Pomfrey will fix them. I don't think Dumbledore is so unreasonable that this will last forever.' I say. 'They're just temporary side effects. With some potions, it'll be solved in no time.' Hermione says.

I'm walking with Alicia to the infirmary. Fred and George's grey hair is orange again, the beard is gone but the wrinkles are still there.

Alicia runs straight to George and pretends he almost died. He seems to be enjoying it. I'm walking to Fred's bed. "No comment on the fact that you warned me." He says in advance. I'm laughing. 'I wouldn't dare Freddy. Time looks good on you." I say with a wink. "In half an hour, you'll have to be back to normal, then you can go." Says Madam Pomfrey. We nod.

'It's a good thing it's over soon because tomorrow you'll have an important Quidditch game.' I say. 'Yes, it's true. It's still a shame you're not playing.' Fred says. "I'm afraid of heights." I say. 'But you're a very good fly.' He says. 'Yes but then all I have to do is look in front of me and I don't have to catch or throw balls and make sure people like Flint knock me off the broom.' I say.

"Flint just needs to keep his paws off you." Fred says I think something brighter than I mean. 'He hasn't spoken to me all year... only stared at. That appeal will happen by...' speaking of the devil. Draco Malfoy enters the infirmary. Pansy ran in hysterically moments later. I sigh and look the other way. I'm moaning. Alicia and George are fused. I look at Fred looking out in front of him with a faint grin. He's out of wrinkles. "What are you thinking?" I'm asking.

[Fred POV]

"Do you really think so?" I'm going to ask George. "Yes, I'm sure. It's obvious. Like I said, the train almost caught fire. Your words hurt her." He says. "What do you mean?" I'm asking. "All that "I see her as a sister" blah blah hurts her. She likes you, Fred. George says. 'But it's true, isn't it? I mean, she's lived with us for five years. At school we are always together...' I'm interrupted by George. Ron and Hermione are also brother and sister and it is clear that they like each other... only both of them ignore that." He says. 'But Ron is a very different story from me.' I say. "Ginny and Harry, then. Harry also sees Ginny as his little sister and see how much Ginny thinks so.' George says. I nod. Yes, that's true. 'But I can't just declare love to her,' she said. I'm asking. 'I'll think of something.' George says. 

"What are you thinking?" Daphne asks. I'm startled by my thoughts. I can feel the blood rising to my head. "Something about something." I'll say it fast. "Something about something?" Daphne repeats, but she brings it as a question.

I'm looking at George and Alicia. 'It's got to be official.' I say to deviate from the subject. 'That's right. It's absolutely true.' She says. I'll get her hand. She's looking at me. "What's going on?" She asks. I think for a moment and doubt but ask anyway. "Do you want to go to the ball with me?" I'm asking.
