Chapter 18🤍

Seungmin walked with Friends as they were heading to their class together.

Felix telling them the exciting event that occured with him and Changbin.

So far the two were "talking" but the rest suspected more.

"What bout you Minnie?" Felix asked, "how's things with him? You two dating?" A smirk appearing on his face while the others stared directly at him.

"What? No. No, he's just-"

Seungmin didn't truly know what hyunjin was to him.

Not lover.

He refused to believe that.

Not friends either.

"We're just partners for the project, nothing more, nothing less."

"Sure.." Jisung said, dragging the 'e'. The three were still suspicious but decided not to test seungmin right now. Maybe later they'll interrogate him again.

Once they finally settled in their seats, a far too familiar boy started walking towards Seungmin's seat.

"Hi cutie." The same smirk had appeared as well.

"Not now hwang." Seungmin rolled his eyes, focusing back on his notes.

"Fiesty."

Suddenly his phone buzzed and seungmin went to check it.

Unknown

Finally.

???

Seungmin started to feel much more anxious now.

Seungmin was walking towards his locker while Hyunjin followed behind. Usually. Talking about himself. Of course.

"Not only am I talented in dance, but also in sports." A proud smirk landed on his face.

"Hmm, didn't you say you almost got last during a ski competition?" Seungmin teased.

"Hey! That isn't fair. I was young and had little experience." Hyunjin folded his arms and huffed.

Seungmin giggled at Hyunjin's childish behaviour and hyunjin yet again couldn't help but not get enough of those giggles which sounded like music to him. Which brought a small smile on his face.

Then the main doors of the school open,causing both boys and other students to face the door as well.

Seungmin's eyes widened.

No.

It can't be.

The too familiar figure cause seungmin to back away a little.

He wanted to hide somewhere.

Anywhere.

Anywhere away from him.

Park Soowon.

The guy who broke not only his heart, but also his reputation.

Seungmin and Soowon quickly made a smalleye contact before he quickly hid behind hyunjin. But the other boy smiled. A smile of success.

Hyunjin yet was confuse. He saw how timid seungmin was now. He was worried. Was it something to do with the new boy? He did not know. But he never saw this part of seungmin, scared and traumatized in a way. He wanted to protect him. And that's what he was going to do.

He quickly dragged seungmin away from the scene, hoping that he could find somewhere safe and private where they could maybe talk.

They went into an empty washroom before hyunjin finally let seungmin go out of his grasp.

"What's wrong seungmin? What's bothering you? Was it the new guy?"
Hyunjin had so much more questions in his head, but he decided not to put too much pressure on him.

Seungmin then became ashamed. He wasn't in the wrong. But he let someone who wasn't even one of his friends knew his fears or more of terrors.

He slightly nodded.

Silence.

"Um..hey it's okay. You don't have to tell me now if you're uncomfortable. I can wait." Hyunjin reassured him.

Seungmin nodded again, this time mentally thanking hyunjin for not being too pushy. He didn't even know if he got the guts to tell anyone. Only his small group of friends.

Then the washroom door clicked open and seungmin was relieved who had entered.

"I definitely knew you would be here after what we just saw." Felix quickly said before rushing to hug seungmin while the others joined him to give him some comfort.

"That asshole Park Soowon still has the guts to come here. When I see him, I'm so gonna slap the shit out of him." Jisung clenched his fist and was at the edge of punching the wall.

"If you guys don't mind.." hyunjin finally spoke.

"What's going on and why Seungmin's terrified of the new boy?Park Soowon was it?" Hyunjin asked.

They looked at seungmin to see if he was alright with telling hyunjin about his past situation.

Which seungmin was hesitant, but somehow one part of his body trusted hyunjin. His heart. And he listened to it. And he nodded for his consent.

While Jeongin was hugging and comforting his best friend.

The other two were going to be explaining the situation to hyunjin.

"It's going to be confusing but bare with us." Jisung said.

Hyunjin nodded. Was it that bad?

Felix took a deep breath. It was also hard on Felix to say it cause it angered him deeply as well.

"So what happened was.."
