•Chapter forty three•

After a little bit you finally had to go to school. You up we're currently getting ready in the kitchen.

"Ughhhh school is boring!" Your sister said grabbing her bag. "I didn't even do my homework.." she said walking in to pack her lunch.

"You always fail but somehow pass. How?" You asked.

"I'm dumb till if starts to affect my report card. But now it's just my GPA. I need to get better. I study a lot but I don't pass! How do you not study but pass (Y/n)?.." she whined.

"I don't know? It's actually a mystery!" You said chuckling. She soon started to laugh. Your brother soon came in.

"I hate this. I could be fired from my job." He said grabbing the bread.

"Holy shit!" You said "No I'm on my last strike! I could be fired too!!"

"Ah don't worry! I'm sure they'll understand!" Your sister said.

"You don't understand! My boss is mean!" You whined. "You know I'm feeling lazy today..... I'm eating chips today." You said grabbing them.

You grabbed your bag and started stuffing them in it. Then all of a sudden the door opened. You assumed it'd be one of your friends but-

"Dad?" Your brother said looking at the door.

"Wait what?" You said turning to the door.

"Uhhh kids I got something to tell ya." He said sitting on the couch.

"Oh no! Did someone die?!" You asked.

"No no one died." He said. You all sighed relived.

You went and sat next to him.

"I got fired." He said. You gasped.

"Aw man! Now we all have a chance of being fired!" Cleo whined jumping onto the couch.

"How exactly did you get fired?" Your brother asked.

"I got the call from you but wasn't allowed to answer it for some reason. I asked to come back home so I can see you all when you got home but I couldn't. It's bad enough I just dropped you off at the airport. And after some arguing I got fired but I still had to finish what I had to do."

"Oh." You said.

"And here's your phone." He said giving you your new phone

"YES FINALLY!" You said taking it.

"Now dust the ceiling"

You groaned and got up "I'd rather go to school    Later." You said grabbing your bag and started to leave.

"Wait!" Your dad said stopping you.

"AHGH! WHAT DID I DO!?" You said turning around slightly scared.

"You did nothing. But since I got fired it also means you can't get a kid. Which I'm actually kinda happy for because I don't trust you all with kids.." he said.

"WHAT!? So we did all that for nothing!?" Your brother yelled.

"Not necessarily. A big music producer heard your song and want to meet you guys."

"Really? That's so cool!" Your sister said.

"Yeah. Here's their card." He said handing you all a business card. You looked at it for a bit.

"Are you sure this isn't a scam?" You asked.

"I'm going with you I'm not stupid." He said. "Go to school now! I'm staying home.." he said laying down on the couch and turning on the tv.
