As George and I are leaving hogsmeade I get a call on my phone from my mum "hold on George" I answered my phone
"Hello mum, I see you've gotten a new phone"
"Yes now tell me about your time with George"
"Mum, we are just friends nothing else. I'm helping him with dada and he thought he could repay me with hogsmeade, which I agreed to because it was sweet of him. He is a very nice person"
"Okay aria, but make sure to tell him thank you and that you want to do this again also name one of your children after me. I'm getting older and I want a grand baby"
"I am hanging up the phone now goodbye mum"
"I'm sorry about that, she wanted to know how our hanging out was going" I told him, he nodded
"You know this could've been a date right?" George said, I stopped and looked at him "I'm sorry what?" I was shocked at what he told me
"I lied to you about needing help. Well actually I do need help I just didnt know how to ask you out" he told me
"But we barely know anything eachother" I backed away from him a bit but he got closer "that's why I wanted to ask you out and get to know you better, I didn't know how so I asked for school help" George took one of my hands but I snatched mine away
"George we are like water and oil, we could never work. I'm sorry but I have to go, we should stop the studying" I practically left George in the dust when I ran back to the castle
Once I got to my room I was so out of breath "hey V, what's wrong" my roommate anna asked
"I just turned down a weasley" I sat on my bed taking my shoes off "okay that's stupid, the Weasley family is literally so hot. If I wasn't gay I would totally get it with Charlie he is yummy" Anna sat down next with me
"What Weasley did you turn down" she looked at me "George" I admitted
"You done messed up. He's literally been inlove with you since third year, I've seen it V so how did you turn him down" she asked
"I said we were water and oil, Merlin I feel so dumb. I didn't think anyone was interested in me but here we go I turn down the one guy who actually likes me and my dumbass rejects him" i put my head in my hands and scream into them
"Would you like for me to get Harry? Or ginny? Ring your mum? All three?" She asked wrapping her arm around my shoulders
"No, I think I'm going to take a nap. Thank you Anna wake me for dinner please" I laid under my blanket and fell straight asleep
