Part four

Kara spent another day working at Catco and her former glee club members hadn't showed up yet and she hoped that they wouldn't. Kara made it through the day without any faces she didn't want to see until she was leaving and about to walk out the door and Jake was standing there with flowers. Kara tried to walk past him.

"Marley please," Jake said desperately.

"My name is Kara," she said frustrated with him not turning around.

"I miss you Kara" he said to her.

"No you don't, you miss Marley and I am not Marley I am Kara you, don't know me" she said, still walking away from him, him following close behind her.

"You can't tell me you haven't thought about us once since you left" he said grabbing her hand and pulling her to face him.

"no I haven't, I'm happy here and I want to forget about all of you" she said trying to pull her hand out of his.

"oh come on supergirl" he said and she froze before pulling him all the way to the DEO.

"How do you know I'm supergirl?" She asked him as she pulled on his arm leading him to the DEO.

"You don't think I wouldn't recognize you, I still love you" he said to her.

"no you love Marley not Kara I'm not Marley I'm Kara and I moved on with my life, everything was perfect until all of you showed up" she said angrily to him as they arrived to the DEO.

"Where are we and why did you take me here?" Jake asked confused.

"It doesn't matter to you" she told him and brought him to j'ohn.

"He knows I'm supergirl," she whispered to him and J'ohn took Jake and wiped his memory of supergirl and brought him back to outside of Catco where he was before.

Kara got home and didn't say a word before she plopped face down on her bed. Mon-el knew Kara was having a rough time and so he went to comfort her when he remembered he got her potstickers.

He went over to Kara and sat next to her on the bed. "Hey Kara," he said softly.

"I just wanna sleep and forget about today" she mumbled.

"I got you potstickers and they're still warm," he told her and she lifted her head and smiled softly at him.

"I love you," she said and grabbed the potstickers from him and wiggled right up next to him.

She ate the potstickers and lifted her arm to put one in Mon-els mouth. They both laughed and he took it from her hand and ate it.

"I'm gonna have a shower" Kara said jumping up out of bed.

"You feeling better now?" He asked her.

"you make me feel better" she said with a big smile on her face, he loved seeing her smile and he couldn't help but smile back to her.

I really have no idea what I'm doing with this story, I started it just for fun but people seem to like it more than my other story even though I put no effort into this one and idk where I'm going with it, I've just been going along with whatever comes to mind as I write👍
