Part six

It's been a few days and Jake hasn't tried to talk to Kara. I guess he listened to what she said "if you leave me alone maybe I'll talk with you" he remembered her saying.

Today was the day of the big reunion party and Kara was not too happy about it. She woke up early and didn't even bother waking up Mon-el, she didn't want to burden him with her grumpy attitude. She got out of bed early and went straight to work as supergirl, helping people helped clear her mind. She went back home and brought breakfast for her and Mon-el and he was just getting up as she got there.

"Looks like you've been busy" he chuckled out in a sleepy voice seeing she was already wearing her super suit.

"just needed a distraction" she told him.

"I could've distracted you" he said with a slight grin and she bit down on her lip resisting the urge to kiss him.

"I brought breakfast" she said lift up the bag of food in her hand.

"I see" he said sitting down in the kitchen as Kara placed the food on the counter and sat across from him.

"You excited for today?" he said laughing a little and she just rolled her eyes at him before joining him and laughing.

Now the two were getting ready for the glee club reunion, Kara wasn't going as a member of the glee club but just as Cats assistant.

She obviously couldn't go wearing her normal clothes, knowing Cat, everything was going to be over the top so Kara put on a light blue dress that fell just above her knees and did her hair in a half up style and curled it,she looked absolutely gorgeous but when doesn't she?

Kara made Mon-el dress up nice to, he wore a nice suit with a vest and a tie that matched Karas dress. Kara walked out of her room where she got ready and Mon-le turned around and he looked at her before getting lost in her eyes, her dress made her eyes look even brighter than usual.

"Woah" was all he managed to say and she smiled shyly as her cheeks blushed red. "Kara you look stunning. I mean you always do but... wow" he said and she walked closer to him

"and you don't look to bad yourself" she said wrapping her arms around his neck. They stood like that for a minute before Kara broke their eye contact and pulled Mon-el out the door.

we have to go or we'll be late and we both know how Cat will react if I'm late" she said laughing slightly and they both walked out holding each other's hand.

They arrived at the reunion just on time. The two danced a dance on the dance floor, just as they used to on their home planets. They were both having fun and Kara was laughing and so was Mon-el.

As they danced, Jake and Kitty were dancing together because neither of them had dates. Kitty because she decided she didn't need anyone and Jake, well because I think you know why. Jake led them closer to Kara where he asked her to dance. Kara looked up to Mon-el

"you go ill be fine" he told her and she let go of him, not wanting to but she did and left him with a short kiss before joining Jake in a dance.

"Why are you dancing with me?" Kara asked him.

"well because now we can talk" he said to her. His hands slid down her waist and she cringed at that

"still the same way you used to be" he said

"no I just don't like your hands on me" she told him and glanced over his shoulder to see Mon-el eating almost everything and she laughed to herself.

Jake looked behind to see what she was laughing about and he rolled his eyes when he saw Mon-el. "Later the glee club is doing a performance and I want you to join us" he said to her.

"I'm not here as a glee club member, I'm here as Cats assistant" she told him "and I don't sing anymore" she continued.

"Oh come on, I heard you sing at that karaoke night and you've only gotten better" he said and she turned her head as if she was thinking about it then unique danced up beside them with someone.

"Please Kara" unique said

"oh fine" she said with a little annoyance in her voice before she left Jake to join Mon-el on the side.

"How was that?" he asked her.

"well it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but I still didn't like it" she told him.

The glee club took the stage and Kara joined them. They sing and Kara had so much fun, she forgot how fun it was to be on stage and forgot about all the terrible memories from McKinley High and just let herself sing.

By the end of the song, Kara in one hand was holding jakes hand and in the other was Kittys hand and suddenly she didn't hate them Anymore.

"Woah Marley, I didn't know you were here" Brittany said "I wasn't planning on being here she told her

"and my name isn't Marley anymore, it's Kara" she continued and the rest of the glee club looked at her confused

"what happened to you, you just sorta disappeared?" Tina asked and they all looked at Kara for answers but she just told them to meet her after the reunion was over, she was overwhelmed and didn't want to talk about it then.

She hoped of the stage where Cat went after her. "Kiera! That stage was for the glee club not for you to steal the show! I didn't know you could sing so well" Cat said angrily to her

"well mrs.Grant, there's a lot about me you don't know like I used to be a part of that glee club" Kara said before walking off to Mon-el.

"Wow Kara, I knew you could sing but that was amazing" he said and Kara pulled him in for a kiss.

The whole glee club was talking about and watching Kara. They had no Idea where she'd been for the past 10 years and she would tell them the truth later.

I feel like this part is really bad but that alright🚘
