Quirk-Tape. Hanta's Quirk is that he has tape dispenser-like organs in his elbows, from which he can shoot long cellophane tape-like strips; he can also retract them. They appear to be somewhat sturdier than regular tape.
Drawbacks- Overuse of his Quirk will cause his skin to dry out. Elbow joints problems

Drawbacks- Exceeding his wattage limit causes his brain to short-circuit, leaving him in a vulnerable state for 1 hour.
