The Avengers stood in the doorway of the large living room as they all watching Rhea take in the new environment. Silently standing until Tony led them all over to the couches to sit. Everyone spread out and got comfortable, all continuing their drinks from earlier as Rhea watched.

"So what's first?" She asked and looked between them all. Captain America ws the first to talk, he usually was.

"Well, you know us as the Avengers, I believe you should get to know us as your teammates. I'm Steve." He told the girl gently, being the first of multiple introductions. Following his was Bruce, Clint, Sam, Rhodey, Tony, Thor, and lastly Natasha.

"Natasha Romanoff, but get on my good side and you can call me Nat." She introduced herself with a wink and a small head nod, making Rhea smile at her and go herself.

"Well then, I'm just Rhea, Rhea ZorEl, but you guys can call me whatever fits."

"Alright then x-ray" Sam said in a sarcastic tone.

Rhea laughed, "I like it, Wilson"

The rest of the Avengers ether smiled or quietly laughed before going off with their own conversations, leaving Rhea looking around at each small group in the giant room. Natasha looked over at the new girl and noticed her quietness, she got up and brought the girl a water on her way.

"I think you'll fit in perfectly here, I can tell everyone approves of you already." The redhead said as she sat down near Rhea and handed her the drink.

Rhea looked up and snapped out of her daze, smiling softly at her new teammate. "That's good to hear, I was nervous at first, but when I got here I wasn't expecting it to be so....normal." She looked over to Natasha and saw her nod in response.

"Don't get to used to that though, seems as if trouble is always around with us. We put ourselves out there to help but in exchange we lose some of that normalcy. But you, you are the type of person to bring it back and make us all human, I can read you, I like you." Natasha honestly told Rhea and watched her eyes light up in response. "We will start training tomorrow with me, you, and Steve. You'll be an Avenger in no time. But for tonight, I suggest laying low and getting ready. I'll show you your room."

"Thank you" Rhea smiled and got off the couch with Natasha, "Nat." She added in with a mischievous smile. Natasha sent her a closed mouth grin but was interrupted before she could make a comment.

"Thanks guys, for making me an Avenger, i'm excited. See you tomorrow..." Rhea announced loudly and sang the last bit while shooting finger guns on her way out before turning her back and following Nat.

The next morning, Rhea was in the training room with Natasha and Steve. The room consisted of punching bags set up on rows, white mats covering the floor, and a boxing square in the right corner of the room, right next to the long glass window that showed one of the many hallways of the compound.

Rhea's medium dirty blond hair was tied into a high pony tail and her skinny, muscular figure was fitted in black leggings and a tight black shirt. Natasha and Steve were in their suits while they all stood around the mats.

"You ready Rhea?" Steve asked while setting up the room.

"First day of Avengers training, ready as i'll ever be."

Steve lightly chuckled and turned to give the girl his full attention. "We"ll start off easy. Just show us what you got and we can work from there."

Rhea nodded and got ready. "Okay...well ill start simple."

The two older avengers nodded and watched the younger girl close her eyes. Rhea gently lifted herself into the air, hovering slightly above the mats below. She opened her eyes and smiled at the success, she went higher and started circling the room, getting fast and faster. Rhea looked over and stopped flying, landing back down and meeting the eyes of the two avengers before her.

"Flying, check." Rhea giggled, "Hold up fingers behind your back." She told Natasha. The red head sent her a questioning look, "Just do it and watch." Rhea replied, "Trust me." Steve looked over at the assassin and nodded his head, signally her agreement. Natasha agreed and put her hand behind her back.

Rhea smiled and squinted her eyes. Using her x-ray vision to look through Natasha's body and at her hands. "Your holding a fist." Rhea said proudly, smirky at the Avengers as they smiled to each other.

"x-ray vision, check. What else you got kid?" Steve said with a smile, making Rhea feel special and needed. "Just my other heightened senses, "super" hearing and strength." She replied with air quotes.

"Okay here." Natasha called out as she moved towards the punching bags, "Think fast." She said and tossed a bag at her.

Rhea's eyes widened and she caught the bag before getting thrown back. She laughed after and looked at Nat. "Nice try. What now?"

Steve and Natasha shared a knowing look before both responding.

"We train"

After a couple hours of sparing and getting her butt kicked, only earning a couple successful punches at the assassin, Natasha had Rhea pinned down for good.

Rhea patted the red head's arm with heavy breaths and told her enough. "I think you beat me enough times to last a life time." Rhea laughed, instantly regretting it when she got a pain in her side in return.

"Don't sweat it Ray, it's only day one." Nat said and just then Tony walked in.

"Nice work kid, you did good for your first day. But I think you'll need a real suit if you are going to be an Avenger now." The man said as he walked further into the room. "What sam called you...x-ray, I think that's a good badass name. What do you think?" Rheas smile widened almost off her face. "I love it! Thank you thank you thank you." The older Avengers laughed at her innocence.

"Alright x-ray, day one check, go hang out for a bit. We will come get you later. Great work." Steve said as he walked out of the training room, Natasha and Tony following him out.
