Chapter 3: I Always Have This Urge

"Leave" Win said coldly

"What?"

"I said, leave, Team"

"What the fuck, Hia? you disappeared for a whole week and now when we meet you told me to leave?"

Win didn't answer, instead, he looked away from Team

"Answer me! Why did you tell me to leave? What's wrong with you? Am I bothering-"

"I'm an elf!" Win blurted out. An heavy breath from Win come after that

Team blinked. What a non sense Win just said

"What? Don't be joking, Hia. I'm serious here. If I'm bothering you-"

"I'm a fucking elf, Team! Don't you hear me? Or are you deaf?" Sadness and anger showed in his eyes

Team was surprised at the high notes he heard from Win. This was the first time Win had yelled at him.

Everything Win said was spinning in his head, it took a while for Team to digest all of Win's words. He blinked for a moment, still looking straight at Win who looked like he wanted to cry and held back his anger at the same time

Until a few moments later, Team realized everything. Then,

"WHAT?" Team's eyes were perfectly wided

Win took a deep breath

"Yes, I'm an elf. So y-"

"OH SO THAT IS WHY!" Team gasped. He dropped his jawline then cupped(or more like slapped) his left hand to cover his opened mouth, made an expression of disbelief

Win's brows knitted when he saw Team's current expression. He didn't understand. But he guessed he will lose Team.

Win tried to explain without looking at Team's eyes because he did not ready for this. "Yes, yes that is why I disappeared cause-" But his words were cut off by Team immediately

"No. No" Team shook his head, "I mean, that is why, that is the reason why there's something in you that screams BEAUTIFUL. That's why that word oftenly slipped from my mouth when I see you" Team explained excitedly

"Oh my god! Oh my goodness! I can't believe this! You're an elf, that's why you're beautiful. It makes sense!" Added Team again, and all those words made Win knitted his brows even deeper

Team should be the one who was surprised and confused because of Win's confession, but why did he's the one who experience those feelings?

"What did you just say?" It was the only response Win could made

"You have no idea how beautiful you are. I mean not beautiful like girly and else but you're just like a very beautiful view of the lake that I see, it mesmerized me." Team put his palms on Win's cheeks. Then rubbed them softly before adding, "you mesmerises me everytime I see you. You're so fucking beautiful, Hia"

Win froze. It even seemed like he forgot to blink. His eyes stared straight at Team for a few seconds. Win was at a loss for words. He should've known, Team is different, he is always different.

But like a flash, the warning that they were different came back into Win's head.

"You're ridiculous, Team" Win took Team's hand and lowered it from his cheek while Team was looking at his hand that Win had lowered in confusion

"You shouldn't adore me. All of the things in me are like reminder that we're different, and we shouldn't be friends let alone more than that" Win managed not to cry in front of Team. "So please. Leave, Team" Win made a pleading look, begging Team to just leave him so he could immediately go to his room to cry
