(Just imagine the picture on the book cover when you read the Draco part)

I was seated on a black leather couch near the fire waiting for Zephen a little early. The truth was I was excited for tonight. Zephen always found a way to make me laugh even when I didn't want to. I was starting to grow a certain liking for him. I did still feel bad for betraying my promise to Carley and Ash to stay as far away as possible from him, but I didn't see a problem with hanging out with him once in a while. We were just going to study anyways. I turned to the next page of my book when I was disrupted by the common room door opening. I turned my head around as my eyes were met with the one and only Draco Malfoy. His platinum blonde hair ruffled. His eyes, tired with a hint of red. I mean I was here early; it was only 8:20, so I was expecting Zephen to get here later anyways.

I turned back around ignoring the blonde prat. I didn't want to have any kind of interaction with him, not even eye contact.

I went back to reading until a heard a loud sound come from behind me. It sounded like something had fallen over--or someone. I looked back to see Draco on the floor. It looked as if he was struggling to get up. Every attempt he made on getting back up resulting in him slipping and grunting.

I debated on whether or not I should help. I felt bad just sitting here and not doing anything. I don't care if he hates me and I hate him, I can't just leave him there.

What was wrong with him anyways?

I put my stuff down and walked over to where he was. "What the hell happened to you?" He didn't respond. "Malfoy?" I said kneeling down and shaking his arm.

"Getawayfrowmme," He said; his words jumbled together.

Merlin, he's probably drunk. I looked around the common room hoping to get one of his friends to help him or at least anyone else. To my dismay, there were only three or two first years playing wizards chess.

I sighed knowing I have to help the boy I loathed back to his room. How could my life get any worse?

"Uhm, come on let's get you to your dorm," I said yanking his cold arm up, he obliged and stood up groggily.

I tried to ignore the disgusting things he said to me earlier. My mother always used to tell me to always be kind to everyone even the ones who aren't kind back...well, before she left me alone in this world. Although I was helping the boy right now, I still loathed him.

"Wheosareyou" He said almost falling down with every step he took. "Whoareyurou?" He repeated.

oh, so he was drunk drunk.

"I'm Laura—wait!—no, where-" I started running behind Draco who randomly started jogging to his dorm. "Malfoy slow down your drunk!"

Why the fuck am I even helping him.
