As the sun began to rise,Adora yawned.She had never felt so tired.Yesterday was her 13th birthday,but it was not that making her tired. It was her dream about dawn and dusk.She couldn't remember anything else other than a face.A serene,calm face.
"Adora Amaru!Get up this instant young lady!"yelled her mother. "It is your first day of middle school,so no Bad firstimpressions!
"Ok,mom."Adora replied.She unwillingly got off the bed.Adora brushed her teeth,got ready, and went to school.
She was not looking forward to it because today was the day her mom was going to lecture her on manners.
"Just great."Adora thought when she accidentally bumped into another girl.
"I am so sorry.Let me help you ." said the girl.
"Ummm.. sorry,uh"she replied,she thought of what her mom said.She was going to be in a ton of trouble if she told her mother.
"Hi,Sorry,I am a bit clumsy.My name is Adora."Adora tried to smile.The girl laughed.
"Hi I should have been more careful.My name is Carmen."She said in a calm and not at all angry voice.
It was her.The one from Adora's dream,but how was she here?Adora had to find out.
