I turned as I smelled the lavender fragrance, I see this tall, skinny but good-looking boy with dark black hair and glorious eyes that are blue and a glance of purple in them, over the fences of the garden. He was watering the flowers.

Our eyes met, he saw me too. We started at each other for about five minutes, that's when I realized this was stupid, so I decided to elegantly walk away.

"Aaaaah!" Oh no.

I fell with my face toward the ground like a frog, my skin burned. Don't judge me! It's dark and there was a big rock on my way! I couldn't see the boy's face but I m pretty sure that he is trying his best to not laugh, I looked presumably hilarious.

He came out of the garden to give me a hand,

"Are you okay?" He sounded confused, I don't blame him, a total stranger just fell like a clown in front of his garden when the poor guy was just trying to water his plants.

"I m perfectly fine, thank you." But I wasn't, I had wound everywhere, the ones on my knees hurt especially. I was also embarrassed by this situation. I took his hands to get up and a blush appears on his angelic face. I just couldn't stop staring.

"Are you sure? Your wounds look bad." He said and takes a bandage out of his pockets. He gives it to me,

"Th-hank you." I was surprised, who carries bandages around? I put it on one of my wounds on my knees. I get up and sees the sky all dark, my mom will kill me if I m home late.

"Well, I need to go home now, it's getting late," I said and try my best to smile at him, but I still had tears in my eye so I don't think the smile was that cute.

He nodded, a bit unsure. I said goodbye and take a few steps, but I look lame. I saw him walk back to the garden.

Suddenly, he runs catching up to me, I was shocked. He knees down,

"I won't let you go home alone like this."

I turned all red, I could feel it. My skin was overheated. I carefully climb up on his back and put my hands on his shoulder.

"Thank you, " I whisper, I was still all red. I've never been this close to a boy before. His ears turned red, so cute.

He has the same lavender perfume as the one I smelled in the garden!

Then we turned silent again, took a few steps then he goes,

"Where do you live?" He asks.

" I think I came from that direction." I pointed, I wasn't 100% sure about that.

"You're new here?"

"Yes, I just moved here three days ago, I was just taking a walk."

We went all quiet, it was peaceful in the air actually, not as awkward as I thought it would be. I counted the stars while I secretly sniffed some of that fantastic smell he has. I m feeling light-headed and from nowhere,

"You smell so good."

WHAT WAS THAT!!!? Why did I just say that, am I crazy? He is a TOTAL stranger, well neighbor now but still!

He giggled, unexpectedly. I thought he was gonna be shocked.

"I will take that as a compliment." He said with a deeper voice. I felt like electricity just went from head to toe in my body, I got goosebumps.

We arrived a few minutes later at my street, I jump down of his back, I see my mother spying on us from the window. I got nervous, I quickly thanked him and said goodbye. I went into the house and noticed that I forgot to ask his name. But I thought that I will probably not see him again.

But I still need to deal with my mother...
