18. *Problem*

Rita P.O.V

I woke up this morning and saw that Chris was still sleep.

I got out of bed and took a short shower.

I put on some jeans and a crop top.

I put in some flip flops then left out the house and made my way towards Walgreens.

Once I got there I bought some birth control pills and drove back home ASAP.

Once I got in the house I sat Chris's keys on the table and went into the kitchen.

I made myself some water. I drank the water and swallowed the pill with it.

I herd someone coming down the steps so I threw the pills in a cabinet.

Chris came downstairs and walked into the living room. I walked in and went back upstairs.

Bre P.O.V

I woke up seeing that August was still sleep.

I got up and went into the bathroom and locked the door.

I started a shower then got in.

Once I got out I dried myself up and put lotion on.

I wrapped the towel around my body and unlocked the bathroom door.

I walked out the bathroom and seen August already up and dressed.

"Hey." I said lowly.

He nodded.

"Ya sleep good last night?" He said with a smirk.

I smiled and shook my head.

"What?"

"I couldn't really sleep do to all yo snoring."

He smiled then threw a pillow at me.

I walked into the closet and looked for something to wear.

I put on a light yellow tube shirt, a light gray mini skirt and some light yellow flip flops.

I put on some silver and yellow

Jewelry.

After I was done I walked over to August.

"We need to talk."

"Bout what?"

"You'll see."

I grabbed his hand and we walked downstairs.

Once we was downstairs he walked over to a couch and I sat next to him.

"Okay. I just wanna say that I'm sorry for hitting you with a lamp and I'm sorry for accusing you of cheating. And I'm sorry-"

"Bre I forgive you. I won't forget bout dat stuff but I forgive you."

He grabbed my hands and looked me in the eyes.

"I love you and ion want anything or anyone to get in between us."

"I love you too."

He kissed my cheek then looked back at me.

"Oh and I understand why you hit me with that lamp."

"You do?"

"Yeah. You wanted me ta feel ta pain dat you been feelin."

I chuckled.

"Aye ain't shit funny-"

"I wasn't laughing about that."

"Then what was you laughing bout?"

"About the time we went to the water park and you kept on constantly hitting me with the floaty."

He chuckled.

"You wanna go again?"

"Only if you promise me that you won't do it again."

"Aye you betta make sure that no nigga ain't lookin at ya ass."

"And how is that my fault?"

"You'll see."

I smiled then went upstairs and grabbed my swimsuit as he did the same.

Rita P.O.V

"Rita!" Chris yelled.

I rolled my eyes and snatched my arm away from him.

"What!?" I yelled back.

"Tell me why you got this!?" He yelled while throwing the pills at me.

"Cause."

"Rita! Why do you have that!"

"To stop me from having a period-"

"Now you know damn well that ain't to stop that! It fucking says birth control pills on it!!"

"Why are so mad!?"

"Cause- you know what I'm done! It's obvious that you don't wanna have a baby by me!"

He walked upstairs to his bedroom and slammed the door.

I picked up the box and walked back into the kitchen.

"Dumb choices Rita. Dumb choices." I mumbled to myself.
