Emilia knew all of this was going to happen, Eren was going to break out from jail, Yelena was going to be investigated and Zeke was going to make his escape from Levi by activating the titan serum that was sneaked into the Marleyan wine most officers had been drinking. She just sat back and watched everything unfold.
With Eren at large and the death of Darius Zachary, the military was a complete mess.

"Hey...wait up!" As the Survey Corps were getting ready to visit Niccolo, Armin stopped Emilia who was on her way to HQ.
