Gun thought he's immune with pain. He thought having this kind of sickness is the most painful event of his life but he was wrong. He's always wrong he thought. He cannot think straight, he cannot internalize everything that was happening surround him right now. He remembered Off, leaving their house with his bag with him. He remembered helping him pack because he know he'll miss Off so much.
Flashback.....
After packing Off's things, Gun sobs silently, he misses Off now. He is so shy to tell Off because he realized that he became so needy these past few days. He wanted Off not to leave. He has three-day business trip. For Gun, that's too long, three days of not seeing and feeling Off is too much for him. Just thinking about it, he's about to cry.
Off: hey, I told you, you just have to tell me if you don't want me to leave because you know I can do that for you.
Off hugged the smaller to comfort, but instead Gun cried loudly which makes the taller chuckle.
Gun: that trip is important right? That is for your incoming project right? Just tell me again that it's important so I can convince myself that you are not really leaving me. I-I'll miss you so much. I-I love you...
Off : Yes, it's somewhat important and yes it's for my incoming project and yes I am not leaving as in leaving you, I'll be back. Stop crying because you know that it breaks my heart seeing you cry. I love you very much...
Saying those words, lying to his boyfriend hurts him so much. He's afraid.... What ifs are running into his mind since the moment his doctor said that he needs operation if he wanted to leave longer and stay with his boyfriend longer.
Off: I have my second wish now love.
Gun stared at Off... He stared intently that makes the taller hug him tightly and kissed him.
Off: Hey, what is that stare? I love you
Gun: What's you second wish?
Off: Don't come with me to the airport. Stay here and be healthy until I came back. Can you do that? Can you wait for me? a-and... and can you not forget me? please?
Gun nods, he's thinking of ways not to forget Off until he came back, thinking of the foods that will make him healthy. but he wanted to disagree on the first part. He wanted to send Off to the airport. But that's part of Off's second wish so he can do nothing about it.

He stopped thinking when he heard Arm's car in front of their house. It's time for Off to leave.
Gun: Off... Iloveyou... Iloveyou so much so please do comeback. Iloveyou, so please eat properly there, ok?
Off kissed the smaller in response. He hugged the smaller tightly as if it's his late time to hug and kiss him. Then he leaves after uttering the word iloveyou on the smaller's ears.

Arm: hey there buddy? let me help you
Off: thank you Arm. there's no need to. I got this, hahaha
Arm and Off is on the road quietly. Off knows that there are questions on Arm's head but he is just to shy to ask.
Off: U'uhm Arm, can you look for Gun while I'm away? He doesn't want want Pim or his granny to stay with him for a while and it worries me, what if he forgot to eat or something.
Arm: ok, but tell me the truth first...
Off is shocked. He doesn't know how to tell his friend that he needs to be operated. His brain specifically.
Off: I have brain tumor, that causes my headaches and pass outs. These past few months my headache became extensive so I went to my doctor last month. He said the tumor is growing, if I will not be operated, I'll die. He said i-if I wanted to leave longer, I need to be operated. The operation is in two days. I need to be admitted later to prepare my body for the operation. I-
Arm: You didn't tell Gun about it?
Off: I didn't. Actually, I didn't tell anyone, just you now because you asked.
Arm slowed the car down. He's sad or angry or disappointed or afraid or worried for his friend. He wanted to be there for Off. He wanted to be there.
Arm: I'll come with you. I hate you for not telling me. But I understand, just let me come with you Off.
Off: what about Gun? and I have something to give him, i-if ever.... I-I die.
Arm: Off.... just put it there in the small box under your chair. I'll call someone to get the car in the airport, and for Gun I'll ask Tay and New about him. gun would love to see New and Tay again after their talk right? They need to catch up.
Off did what Arm said and kept quiet until they reached the airport.

The trip was long and tiring but Off wanted to be admitted now to make the operation easier for his body and for him to come back to Gun

In their second day on the hospital, both Off and Arm is nervous. Arm is nervous about the operation because of the articles that he read last night. However, Off is nervous, because whet if he'll die? Their thinking stopped when the nurse along with the doctor enters the room.
Doctor: Mr. Adulkittiporn, you'll be operated tomorrow, you need to fast for you not to vomit under the ansthetics. I'll see you tomorrow.
