Normal pov: The navy headquarters was where important people from the universal gov had their meetings. The acting leader of the universal gov was a man called Hyde. The real leader was I, he was just the leader from the shadows that no one knew about.
Hyde: I'm glad you all came. This is an important meeting, it concerns about who in the big 10 we should put. Right now there are 8 members, meaning that we have 2 spots open.
Admiral: It's obvious since BD is back he's going to be put in the big 10.
Hyde: That's 9.
