A few weeks after the wedded couple returned to Korea from their honeymoon, Sana often stays at home. She began craving some specific foods and she always felt tired without doing something that is so tiring. The feeling seems so familiar to her yet she could not pinpoint what is exactly happening to her.

Calling her girl friends—Jihyo, Momo, and Mina. They then went out to their favorite restaurant.

As they were heading home, Jihyo notices that Sana has been spacing out and so she inquired.

"What are you thinking?" Jihyo asked.

"Oh, uhm...I think I'm not feeling well," Sana replied.

"You are not feeling well, yet you invited us to hang out?" Mina retorted.

"Well, uhm...  Do you notice something in me?" Sana asked.

"Aside from the fact that you are getting healthy-" Momo said and was being cut by Sana.

"You mean, fat. Yeah, I get that, but that's not it." Sana reasoned. Jihyo and Mina just look at each other in understanding before turning their gazes at her.

"What?" Sana asked.

"Sana, have you met a doctor for a check-up?" Mina asked.

"Nope, you know I'm not a fan of seeing them unless I am totally ill," Sana said.

"I see," Mina said.

"Have you been throwing up or something getting dizzy?" Jihyo asked.

"No, I just felt tired and sleepy all the time," Sana replied.

Stopping by the chemist, Jihyo went out and bought something and handed it to Sana as they reached her place.

"What is this?" Sana asked and looks at the words written on the cover. "A pregnancy test?" She then looks at Jihyo.

Nodding, Jihyo then told her to pee on it and look at the signs. Sana did as she was told and a moment after, the girls heard a scream coming from the restroom.

"Sana, are you okay?" Jihyo asked as they rushed to the restroom door. As the door opened, Sana came out crying and hugs Jihyo.

"Jihyo-ah... It's positive, I'm pregnant." Sana said while wiping her tears in happiness.

"You scared us, why are you crying?" Mina asked.

"I'm just happy, so much happy," Sana said as she cries while her friends were wiping her tears and comforting her. As she calmed, they then called Dr. Park to confirm her condition.

"Thank you, Rosè," Sana said and requested her to keep it between the five of them.

Later that night, Sana welcomed her husband lovingly as she always does when he comes home and kissed him longer than usual.

"Have you eaten dinner? Sana asked.

"Not yet, I prefer eating with you and I am expecting you would cook dinner tonight," He said.

"Hmm, I did, and I have a surprise for you," Sana said.

"What is it?" Tzuyu asked.

"Just come to the kitchen with me," Sana said as she took off Tzuyu's suit before dragging him to the kitchen.

"So, where's the surprise?" Tzuyu asked.

"It's in the oven," Sana said.

Excitedly, Tzuyu opened the equipment and saw bread.

"What do we have? What's inside the oven?" Sana asked.

"Uhm, a bun inside the oven?" Tzuyu asked and grabbed the bread.

"That's the surprise," Sana said excitedly.

"What's with the bun? Is this...is this what we are going to eat for dinner?" Tzuyu asked.

"No, that's the surprise. I have a bun in the oven, and you put it there." Sana said and chuckled hoping Tzuyu would understand her logic.

Tzuyu then put back the bread in the oven as he smiled at her. He was totally confused. Sana then told her to open it again and see what's inside.

"It's just a bun," Tzuyu said and looks at her carefully.

"Tzuyu, I have a bun in the oven, and you put it there," Sana said.

"Yeah, I just did," Tzuyu replied as he showed her how he put the bread back in the oven.

"Babe, I have a bun in my oven. My own oven," Sana said while laughing. He was not getting her logic.

Tzuyu thought about it very well, he looks at the bun and Sana.

"Wait, I put it there?" Tzuyu asked.

"Yes, you put the bun in my oven weeks ago," Sana said desperately.

"You mean..." Tzuyu paused as he realized what she meant. "Your pregnant? We are... We are having a baby?"

"Yes," Sana said.

With that said, Tzuyu abruptly hugs her, spun her around, and cried in so much happiness.

Eight months and a few weeks later, Sana and Tzuyu's family were currently in the hospital arguing over the twins.

"The babies look like me," Hyewon said.

"No, this one is like my blueprint. Look at her nose, she got it from me." Mark said while holding the other babe.

"That doesn't look like your nose. It's Sana-unnie's." Hyunjin said.

"Well, Sana and I have the same nose structure," Mark reasoned.

Sana's parents and Tzuyu's mom also joined them and claimed that the baby inherits their looks.
