But, there was still one person that was a bit off. Athena walked behind the group, her fingers were playing with each other as she thought about everything.

When she had asked the others again, they had again told her that she was the one who sent the wave down the road, but she didn't. Then when her gloves' blasters melted off. But that still wasn't the end of it, smaller weird things continued to happen, but they were thankfully things that she was able to get bye easily.

Still the even weirder thing was, she had been having these weird things happen to her since July—almost a month now. It was something she didn't think to much about, since her life in general wasn't very normal, but now she was getting a bit concerned. She couldn't help but think, was there something wrong with her?

"I took a big yelling from your mother," A voice brought Athena out of her thoughts, though it was too familiar for her to forget. "You better prepare yourself, I don't think we're safe when we get home." Her dad said, throwing an arm around her shoulder as he started to line his footsteps in sync with hers.

Athena laughed lightly, her mind traveling back to what she was thinking about before her dad had interrupted. But Tony read her like a book. "Don't stress about it, kid. It wasn't your fault. You bounced back after everything, so it's alright, I'm proud of you." He said the last four words and kissed Athena on her forehead, always making sure to let her know he was there because he knew from his father how it felt to not have that.

Athena smiled gratefully at her father, though now feeling bad about lying. "I love you, Dad, but there is something I have been keeping from you." She confessed, deciding it was time to tell someone and figure it out.

Tony furrowed his brows, holding Athena's shoulder back as they let the others pass by them and walk into the room, leaving Tony and Athena outside the room. He stood across from her, folding his arms—something he always did—and waited or her to start speaking.

Athena stared at his face for a second, trying to think about what to say before she sighed. "This wasn't the first time all these weird things happened." She said, knowing she had to elaborate because of the look on her father's face. "Like the other day, when the vase broke and I told you that Max knocked it over, I lied. He didn't knock it over, I broke it, but I don't know how. I sneezed, and the next thing I knew the vase was on the floor, broken." She explained, wincing when she told him about her lie of their dog—Max—breaking the vase.
