The sound of my bedroom door squeaking open, woke me up from my sleep. Turning over to see who it was, I saw Cassie looking over at me seeing me wake up.
"Im sorry I woke you."
"Nah. I was already waking up before you came."
"Uh. Ok. Um. I just wanted to ask you if you could take me to the store. Since I don't really know where any store is around here." She said fiddling with her fingers.
"Yeah. Sure. What for?"
"Food." She said crossing her arms across her chest and giving me that look.
"Ah! For food! Of course!" I said breathing out a laugh. "Just give me a bit to get ready and I'll be down in a few."
She nodded and stepped out closing the door behind her.
I changed into dark blue jeans, a white T-shirt, with black and white Vans, and a simple black beanie on my head, not bothering with my hair, brushed my teeth, and headed to the living room.
Cassie was sitting in the couch with her phone in her hands playing something. She was wearing black jeans, a coffee brown sweatshirt with two owl's cuddling on a branch, black TOMS and the light brown teddy bear beanie I got her.
"Ready?" I asked her getting my keys and phone.
"Yeah just let me get something." She muttered running up to a room.
I headed to my car to start it up while Cassidy gets whatever it was she needed. Once she came out, with a bag across her chest, we headed to the grocery store.
"What time is it? Everyone was still sleeping when we came out." I asked her stopping at a red light.
She checked the time on her phone and said, "It's 8:54."
"Seriously! It's so early! How do you wake up so early!? How did I wake up so early!?" I said very surprised at the timing.
"I am used to waking up early cause of school and stuff. I don't know about you though. You probably slept early?" She shrugged.
"Psht. No. I could be the first one to go to sleep, yet I'd be the last on to wake up." I laughed.
She just laughed and got out of the car once I parked in front of the store.
We got a shopping cart and started pilling it with all sorts of foods and snacks.
About a bit after a hour, we finished getting food and running around the store casually blaming each other for some things we accidentally 'dropped'.
Since not all the bags fit in the trunk of the car, we had to put some on the back seats.
"Poor lady." Cassidy said and bursted with laughter at the memory that happened not even 15 minutes ago.
"I know right! The day barely started and she already almost got knocked down and tripped over the oranges we dropped." I said laughing as well.
"I know!" We stayed seated in the car trying to calm our laughter, but when we would look at each other, we would burst out laughing all over again and maybe even harder!
"Okay. Okay. Calm down. We should go already." She said pulling her phone out of her pocket. Her eyes widened once the screen turned on. "Holy shit." she muttered.
"What happened?" I asked curious at the reason that made her turn serious.
She turned her phone so I can see and in bold letters it said:
