"I just wish he was here", she said sadly beside his grave. His funeral felt all to real, as she shook hands and hugged people and promised to carry on his memory, in her head she knew deep down what really happened. She now knows what to do next but can she pull it off? Of course she could, it's Victoria White were talking about. Before we carry on though, let's go back the start of this crazy adventure.
————————————————————————————
"Don't leave me here!" She yelled while running after her friend. The blonde chased the brunette through the woods all the way back to her house. She dramatically fell to the floor and lay there in a star position, her chest going up and down as she gasped for air. She sat up and said through giggles "you make me run like that again I will personally make sure you don't live to see graduation". The brunette started laughing as she jumped on the blonde playfully, pinning her hands so she can't move. "Lana! Get off before you give me your disease", "Oh come on Vikki its only a bit of fun, at least that's what you told Connor-". Before she could finish her sentence she was tackled to the ground in the same position she had put Victoria before. "We don't talk about Connor". The pair started laughing before Victoria pulled the brunette off the floor. "We best go inside before your mother comes for our heads". They linked arms and skipped into the modern cottage where Alannah (the brunette) lived.

"No" she said in between a fit of giggles, the pair were hysterically laughing. "I swear to you", Alannah said between giggles. "He really said that" the pair were still laughing. "He really asked you to pee on it, during lunch". "That's so-". "Gross, I know trust me. Apparently there's this old ancient remedy that urine disinfects cuts". The pair chatted on for another hour about typical teenage stuff, boys and how much of an ass their history teacher was. "Victoria your mother's here!". The two girls mood changed from hearty laughter to sadness in just a moment, it was obvious they didn't want to leave each other's side. They slowly walked down the stairs to try save as much time as possible before Victoria had to leave. The two mothers chuckled at the sight. "You know girls, when yous were both young you did the exact same thing". "Old habits don't shake" the two laughed heart fully. Victoria walked down rolling her eyes in a playful way while grabbing all her stuff. She walked over to Alannah and hugged goodbye. Even though they would see each other the next day the two acted as if they'd never see each other again. 'Hurry along Victoria, your father is waiting".

"And done!" She threw her pen away and laid down on her bed with her hands on her stomach and sighed. Earlier in the day the history teacher had given them an essay to write about greek gods and goddesses. She researched online and studied the latest generation of the greek legends. In her town there was a myth they still existed, she doesn't know how it started but every 15 years or so, they'd come up with the new generation. She felt proud of her essay as it took her a hell of a long time to write, but she knew the teacher would always point out any mistake he could find. He was desperate to humiliate his students. She decided to not think about it and take a shower instead. She stepped in the shower and turned it on. As she was washing her hair she was thinking about the subject in history. Could it be true? I mean every myth has to start somewhere I guess, she shook the thought to the back off her head and started thinking about school. School.. she jumped, "Oh my god Connor! What am I gonna say to him he's gonna think im such a freak". She buried her head in her hands and turned the shower off. She stepped out and looked in the mirror. "What am I gonna say to him..".

She woke up on the outside of a bright castle, ivy fell along the walls. She walked up and traced her hand along it. This place was beautiful.. she looked over to the entrance and there sat a tall boy with perfect brown curls that feathered right over his forehead, the sides and back were shaven. His eyes were magical. The two shades of blue perfectly mixed with the thin circle of gold around his pupil. His strong arms held a perfect red apple as he took a bite. She never knew someone could make her flustered by merely biting an apple. As his eyes met with hers he walked over, maintaining eye contact the entire time. He stopped right in front of her and held out his hand. His hand was hard, with long fingers and at the top sat his nails. They were thick, like little clam shells. The space between his thumb and forefinger were traced with scars running along, whoever he was didn't live an easy life. Victoria placed her hand on his and instantly she saw visions clouding her eyes. One minute she was ignoring him next she sat in his embrace as he soothed her. Another vision she was on the edge of a cliff, him holding her waist as she looked on, the next he had a horrid look on his face as if she just did something horrible. The visions kept coming until it stopped on one. At first she didn't understand but soon realised she was standing over a grave. She didn't recognise the name, but the picture in the slightly dusty, dark photo frame. She opened her mouth to scream but instead woke up sweating. She looked around trying to understand what just happened. "Oh thank god, it was just a dream", she said in between pants. She stayed quiet listening to see if her mother had awoken, and was relieved to hear nothing. She laid back on her bed and spent the night desperately trying to sleep, eventually she did.

She walked down the stairs, hair frizzed and teeth not brushed. "Oh dear Victoria what happened to you", her mother placed her arm on her upper arm and gently brushed her fingers against her skin. "Long night", she groggily said, "What time is it anyway?". She glanced to the clock on wall and did a double take when she saw the time. Without saying anything to her parents she sprinted upstairs and started getting ready, she was meeting Alannah in 20 minutes. After a stressful 20 minutes she swiftly grabbed a waffle and berry snack-pot and ran out the door. It usually took her about 15 minutes to walk to Alannah's but she got there in 5 because she was sprinting so fast. Feeling as if she was about to faint she knocked on the door, when Alannah answered she didn't even say hi but went in and straight away sat on the couch. "I just sprinted here" she said, practically gasping for air. Alannah rolled her eyes and sarcastically said "wow you should be in the olympics", Victoria snickered at the comment, "then you try sprinting a 15 minute walk in 5 minutes". Alannah sat down beside Victoria. "So, what did you write for history?", she asked. "I wrote about the greek gods and goddesses", she was debating whether or not tell her about her beliefs, but decided not to as her best friend would probably laugh. Alannah looked at Victoria with a scrunched face and moved the top half of her body slightly away as to mimic she had just said something completely bonkers. "You don't really believe they exist, do you?". "No of course not". She said it with a hesitant tone but Alannah didn't pick up on it. She looked kind of relieved if im being honest. "Good, now let's go before were late". The two girls stood up and skipped along to school.
