Steven had gained some popularity over the past month. He had liberated the villages that were taken by the demons, which weren't very much thankfully. He had also been using his healing ability quite a lot.

He had been bringing the dead back to life as well. He just thought it was unfair, how so many people had lost their lives, most still had many years left in their lifetime. The people had began to view him as a god and offered him gifts and food so that he would heal their sick families and restore their village and such. Steven was flattered but he insisted that such treatment was unnecessary.

Although, apparently he wasn't the only one bringing back the dead. Those he had resurrected gained a pink hue. But these corpses did not. They would rise from the dirt and reek havoc. The magic Steven was sensing from them was alarming. One thing they all had in common was the negative emotions radiating off them.

"Who could be behind this?" Steven asked himself. He had set up camp in a nearby forest, not nearly as big or as magical as the Fairy Kings Forest, but still a forest. Thanks to Jaspers training, he had already set up a hut for himself and Lion, and gotten them some food.

He sighed, "I'll think about it in the morning." He yawned and huddled himself next to Lion, using his soft mane as a pillow. "Night buddy." Lion purred in response.

(In Steven's dream)

Steven opened his eyes and found himself in a different environment, if you could call it that. "What the who-ha?" He looked around. He was surrounded by darkness , it was cold, and he felt uneasy.

"What are you doing here? Leave now human." A new deep voice demanded, probably male. Steven turned around and saw a silhouette in the darkness. He could make out spiky hair and bangs, the figure was also shorter than him by a few inches. He also sensed a dark magical power coming from this being. Greater than those of the grey and red demons he encountered. "Who are you?" Steven asked.

Suddenly the darkness surrounding the figure disappeared and Steven could clearly make out his appearance. It was a boy, or at least he looked like one. He was muscular though, he wore a red body suit that exposed his chest and part of his stomach, along with metal gauntlets he wore on his arms. What Steven focused on however was his face. His expression was serious, his eyes were a reddish black, and he had a strange symbol on his forehead.

"My name is Zeldris of Piety. I'm one of the Ten Commandments." Steven's eyes widened as he let out a quiet gasp. He was one of the Ten Commandments?! The group of demon warriors that Gerhade told him about? That would explain his magical power. And he was the Commandment of Piety, he had heard that he was the leader.

"Now, who are you?" Steven snapped out of his thoughts and responded, "Steven Universe, that's my name." Zeldris' eyes widened slightly before narrowing. "So you're the human who's been causing us trouble." Steven didn't falter under his glare. He's been through enough to know how to stand his ground. "Yup, that's me. Probably wasn't what you were expecting huh?"

"You should know your place human, stay out of this and we just might spare you." Zeldris threatened. Steven simply grinned, "Hah! Never heard that one before."he remarked sarcastically while putting his hands in his pockets. "Let me make one thing clear, I'm not going to sit around while you lot are burying Britannia in blood." Steven began to glow a pink color, Zeldris had to cover his eyes before looking at him again. He realized that Steven's eyes had turned into diamonds.

"Also, you shouldn't underestimate humans that much. It might be your downfall." Zeldris growled. Then everything turned to black.

(Dream end)

Steven woke up with a jolt and a gasp. He sat up as he realized he was back in his hut, Lion looking at him curiously. "Hey Lion, I just talked to one of the Ten Commandments!" Steven exclaimed. "I must have done that dream thing again, like I did with Lapis, and the cluster, and the watermelon Stevens." Steven said while tapping his finger to his chin.

"Hey Zeldris, what's got you so grumpy?" Gloxinia asked. Zeldris frowned. "I encountered the human Steven Universe." He said. "You mean that human that we've heard so much about?" Drole asked, Zeldris nodded.

"But you've been here the whole time, how could have you seen him?" Galand questioned from his spot on a branch. "He connected with me telepathically, though it didn't seem like it was on purpose." Zeldris told him. He remembered how confused the boy looked, as if he didn't know where he was.

"Our subordinates have been telling us of the boy. Apparently he talked some demons out of attacking, and when he couldn't negotiate he defeated them with little effort." Melascula said. "Not to mention the fact that he's been putting enchantments on the villages he saved, so we can't reclaim them." Monspeet added twirling his mastache. Derieri nodded in agreement, "Bottom line is, that kid is a nuisance." She said putting her hands behind her head.

Zeldris looked ahead in contempt eyes narrowing, "Yes, this 'Steven Universe' is a threat."

Steven and Lion were currently in the town Raven. They had run out of food and needed to stop by at the nearest village. Unfortunately, Raven was the closest, though it wasn't very pleasant. It was a rather poor and sketchy town, and the people here weren't very friendly. They had been eyeing him and Lion as well. They probably thought he was rich, or they wanted to sell Lion or something. 'Like I'd let that happen.'

Steven then saw a hooded figure getting harassed by some thugs. "You should no better than to show your ugly face around here monster." One asked in a tone that was more annoying than it was threatening. Steven narrowed his eyes as he saw the thugs begin kicking the hooded man. "Your kind isn't welcome here!"

"Lion, why don't you go back to camp? I'll take care of this." Steven told the pink feline who growled in protest. Steven scratched under his chin. "I know you want to stay, but I don't want anyone getting any funny ideas and try to steal you." Lion was still reluctant but he complied and portaled himself out of there.

Steven then turned back to the scene in front of him and in a flash, he was in front of the figure with arms out protecting him. "Don't you know to respect your elders?" Steven said glaring at the thugs who merely laughed. "Trying to play hero kid? You should know to mind you own business." Steven didn't falter and as a thug from behind tried to kick the figure Steven summoned his shield and threw it at him.

The thugs were surprised and so was the man you were protecting. Steven then turned around and opened his eyes which were diamonds again. The supposed leader of the group gasped, "I recognize those eyes! You're that Universe kid aren't you? That one that's been bringing back the dead!" The thugs looked scared now, probably because they realized what he was capable of.

Before Steven could respond a flash of red and white took down the low level thugs, then proceeded to grab Steven and the cloaked figure and take them into the hotel.

"What do you think your doing?! You said to avoid trouble as much as possible!" A female voice spoke. "I said 'as much as possible' not 'not matter what.'" The man chucked both Steven and the cloaked figure, causing the woman to shout in alarm. Thankfully they both caught themselves, the figure stuck to a wall and hoped down while Steven did a flip mid air before landing gracefully on his feet.

The cloak fell off the figure and Steven was finally able to get a good look at him. "A fox? A beastman?" The female voice said. Steven looked to her and took in her features, she purple hair, brown eyes and was wearing a sleeveless blue uniform. Steven recognized the power coming from her, he concluded that she was an apprentice Holy Knight.

"Ah, so that's why your moves looked so super human to me." The man beside her remarked. He had scarlet eyes and blue hair that almost looked white. He wore a dark red trench coat with a pair of pant that were the same color but lighter. The most noticeable feature was the long scar on his cheek and neck.

It was then that Steven realized who he was. "Hey kid," the man addressed Steven, "Is it true what they said? That you can bring back the dead?" He asked and Steven could see a flicker of hope in his eyes.

Steven smiled and responded, "Yup! That's me. I'm Steven Universe, nice to meet you Fox Sin of Greed."
