Michelle, Charlie, Sky and I gathered into my mums room where she lay peacefully staring at the wall. Charlie got out his guitar he strummed the notes and started playing my dads funeral song

By the end I was in tears and I'm pretty sure Em was to.

My mum looked at us and signaled for me and Michelle to come over to her so we did

"My little girls grew up infront of my eyes" she placed one hand of each of our cheeks.She spoke for the first time in 8 years!

"Mum you spoke! That means you will get better now" I suddenly filled with hope

My mum smiled and chuckled to herself "young, beautiful but still a lot to learn"she smiled her eyes filling up with tears "I must go now" a tear Rolled down her olive skin

"Are you coming home?" I asked curiously

"No" Michelle answered " Mums going to see dad again"

At this point I knew.

"Mum please no you can get better and I would make you dinner and Michelle can wheel you everywhere" Michelle stayed silent.

"You're still the tiny 5 year old that I still love Little one" she wiped my tears

She turned turned to Michelle "You're still the precious little Ballerina that wanted to perform on a stage every day I'm not going to be able to watch you but know if you remember me I'm still here and always will be"

"Be strong my Girls I love you" she held Michelle and My hands until I felt it loosen and than a

A few weeks after we me and Michelle needed to go back to school/work otherwise Michelle would loose her job and I would be kicked out of school. We didn't have a funeral we simply couldn't afford it but we had a memorial mass.

I slipped my uniform on it felt odd again as I took my phone off charge and took a banana before walking to school. When I arrived Charlie and Sky bombarded me

"Where's Leo?"

"Umm I-he-erm-I-I can't lie"Charlie sighed "I texted him saying you were coming back but he said so?! and told me he'd be with Bella"

"Oh it's okay" I was disappointed

My first lesson was Geography with Yep you guessed it Leo worst of all I sat next to him.

As I walked in I sat down as he was already there I didn't say anything or make eye contact
"Hey Carz you been skiving off school?" At his comment everyone laughed I just kept my head down for the rest of the lesson as the teacher dismissed us I hoped I could slip away obviously not "so finally got up the guts to skive??" He chuckled

"Calm down I was just saying you skipped school"

"YEH I KNOW I SKIPPED SCHOOL TO TAKE CARE OF MY DYING MOTHER" I felt the tears as more people were surrounding us

"Well since your back at school she's better right?" Leo asked casually

I didn't care who was watching now "NO LEONDRE SHE DIED SHES DEAD SHE DIED 2 WEEKS AGO AND MAYBE IF YOU CALLED ONCE TO CHECK UP ON ME YOU WOULD HAVE REALIZED !!! EVEN SKY AND CHARLIE WERE THERE WHEN SHE DIED BUT HEY IM BIG SHOT LEO WHY SHOULD IT MATTER TO ME IF HER MAMS DYING ITS NOT MY PROBLEM BECAUSE I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND NOW AND I DONT NEED THAT GIRL ANYMORE AND YOU KNOW WHAT LEONDRE DONT SPEAK TO ME DONT TALK TO ME DONT EVEN LOOK AT ME DELETE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR PHONE DONT CALL ME WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS BECAUSE REMEMBER YOU WERENT THERE WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS" when I finished people were staring at me and I realized Leondre was close to tears and sadly Charlie and Sky were in the crowd I ran past everyone and cried till I got home. I sat on the carpet of the lounge and cried till I fell asleep. When I woke up I was in my bed. I got up and looked at the time and saw 4:50 then I heard voices from downstairs I slowly step by step made my way downstairs and some people I really didn't want to see right now showed up they stared at me.

"Michelle" I wailed

"Sweetie it's not whether you fall down its whether you get back up" she kissed my head then made her way upstairs

"Carz are you okay?" Sky smiled warmly at me

"No" I whispered Charlie and Leondre involving in the conversation as well" I'm lost, scared, worried, hurt and most of all lonely" I cried in her arms Until I found another pair of arms wrapped around me I was glad to see it was Charlie until I saw Leondre sitting awkwardly on the sofa upset and nervous. I pulled apart from the hug and looked up at Leondre. He made eye contact with me and spoke
"Th-t-the only reason I didn't call was because I thought you didn't like me after I asked Bella out"

"Why?"I said Barley a whisper

"Because I thought you weren't happy for me a-and I thought you were taking time off school to avoid me" He scratched the back of his neck

"Leo I'm always here for you and I'm over the moon about your relationship all I ask from you is to be there for me okay?"

"Okay?" I tried making eye contact with him but he looked down

"Come here Leo" I held my arms out wide as his face lit up. As he hugged me back.

" Hey why doesn't everyone stay for a sleepover tomorrow it's Saturday anyway" Michelle appeared from nowhere

"We're you listening?" I raised an eyebrow

"No I was just standing there" Michelle I rolled my eyes at Michelle

"My mum says Yeh that's fine if I go back and bring my stuff"Leo Chirped

"Same here!"Charlie raised his hands

"My mum says if you're okay with it" Sky said she had a spare clothes at my house just incase.

"Right, Charlie Leo we'll see you in 10 minutes Yeh??"

"Cool" they yelled before shutting the front door
