They reached the Hospital wing and were greeted by a familiar face known by Madam Pomfrey.
"Ah, my most valuable customer and Draco Malfoy, it is a surprise to see you two not fighting. What brings you here?" She asked.
"I have a suspicion Harry here is falling ill, I caught him throwing up in the bathroom after eating breakfast." Draco said, "Oh and if you must know we have settled our passed dispute."
"It is nice that you have settled your passed troubles Mr. Malfoy and Potter, but I must ask you, Mr. Malfoy, to leave the room while I do a check up on Mr. Potter here." She explained.
"But-" He was cut off, "No buts, no coconuts Mr. Malfoy, I recommend you get out now before I levitate you out." She told him with a stern look, Draco trudged out of the room like a toddler, quite confused why Madam Pomfrey was talking about coconuts.
Harry sat on the nearest bed to him and Madam Pomfrey followed him.
"Do tell me, Mr. Potter. Why is Mr. Malfoy under the impression that you are ill?" She asked Harry.
"Well, like he said, he caught me throwing up after I ate breakfast." He lied, knowing she suspected something.
She placed her hand on Harry's forehead, checking for a high temperature. However, there was not one. "What did you eat at breakfast, may I ask?"
"Oh, uh, just half a toast." He answered.
"And any meals during the day yesterday?" She questioned again.
"I uh, there was none from yesterday, Madame Pomfrey." Harry said, bowing his head down. She looked at Harry strangely.
"Nothing to eat yesterday? No substantial food for breakfast the morning? Merlin Potter!" She exclaimed. Harry did not say anything.
"Ok. Well, if I have your consent, I would like to run a few diagnostic charms on you." She spoke, one eyebrow raised.
"No." Harry responded almost immediately, causing her eyebrow to raise higher.
"And why would that be, Mr. Potter?" She interrogated him.
"I just do not want to. You said you needed my consent, and I do not give it. Therefore, you cannot run the tests." He turned quite defensive, knowing the diagnostic charms would wear off his glamour.
"That would be correct, Mr. Potter, I am not allowed to do it without consent of the patient." She paused, a smirk appeared on her face, "I am, however, allowed to check your body like a muggle doctor would without your consent, which is what I am going to do."
Harry sighed and took his hoodie off, his glamour charm hiding his scarred body. He knew how muggle check-ups worked because one of his school nurses in Primary school insisted on doing one to him.
Madam Pomfrey took one glance at Harry's torso and gasped, this alerted Harry.
"My goodness me, Mr. Potter! Have you been eating anything at all? I can see your ribs!" She raised her voice causing Harry to flinch. He shrugged, "I will have you know Mr. Potter, this is not healthy at all, you look malnourished." Harry nodded, not really taking in what she was saying "Not to mention both of your parents were both quite tall, and you are quite small." She finished and Harry was about to retort. He was cut off by Madam Pomfrey summoning potions.
"Here, Mr. Potter. Take these." Harry looked at the potion then back at her and gave a sceptical look. "Merlin Potter! I am not trying to poison you, drink the potion!" she shouted rather loud and Harry did what he was told, grimacing at the taste.
"Ok, I did it. What was that potion anyway? I do not think, out of the many times I have been stuck in here, I have drank that one." Harry inquired.
"It is called a nutrition potion, it gives you the vitamins and an acceptable amount of energy you will need to last a day." Harry nodded and put his hoodie back on, wanting to leave and go back to Draco as soon as possible.
"Uhm, Madam Pomfrey?" Harry called.
"Yes, dear?" She answered.
"Can I leave now? I am sure Draco will be waiting for me." He questioned.
"Alright, Mr. Potter. Take it easy and eat whenever you get the chance." She said to him and Harry smiled.
"I will, thank you." he said walking out of the hospital wing, seeing Draco pacing in front of the door.
"Dray?" He said with a confused look. Draco looked up to see his beautiful boyfriend and immediately wrapped him in a hug.
"Oh Harry! I was so worried! You were in there for a while! How are you feeling?" Draco asked many questions with a worried tone and Harry giggled.
"Oh, I am fine Dray, I am feeling alright, a bit fatigued, but that is it." Harry said and Draco hugged him tighter, whispering silent 'Thank Gods'.
"Has anyone ever told you you are a drama queen before?" Harry spoke and Draco immediately pulled away from the hug, "I mean, even if I was ill, it would not be the end of the world, if Voldemort could not beat me, then a cold isn't." He was silently laughing after saying that and Draco did not look pleased.
"Well, I am sorry that I was worried about my boyfriend." Draco pouted and turned away from Harry.
"Oh come on Dray, don't be like that. It was a joke." Harry said turning Draco around.
"Not a very funny one." He mumbled, and Harry tried to hold in his laughter.
"Ok, Ok, fine. We have around twenty minutes until class starts, how about we go and relax in the common room?" Harry asked Draco and his demeanour started to fade.
"Yeah, alright, we can do that." Draco replied.
"Does this mean I am forgiven?" Harry teased.
Draco nodded and Harry kissed him on the cheek, "But! That does not mean completely, you are on thin ice Harry, don't push your luck." Draco teased back.
"Sir, yes Sir!" Harry said and Draco gave him a confused look.
"Muggle thing, you wouldn't get it." He spoke to Draco
"It figures." Draco said with a hint of disgust. Harry nudged him and they both laughed.
They intertwined their hands and made their way back to their common room, completely unaware of the minor inconvenience ahead of them.
