i went into class and sat at my seat.
"morning!" i told jisung since he was here already.
"morning, how was it yesterday?" he asked.
"great!" i told him. his smile seemed to fade away.
"that... that's good," he said.
"you don't look happy though, are you okay?" i asked.
jisung pov:
"you don't look happy though, are you okay?" she asked. of course i'm not okay, the girl i like's taken now.
"of... of course i'm alright," i replied.
"your face is quite pale, are you sure?" she asked.
"yeah," i replied softly and put my head on the table, "i just need some rest..."
"okay, rest well," she said as she started humming happily. y/n, why didn't i meet you earlier...
>> break time >>
yeonjun pov:
since me and y/n's break time was at the same time today, i went to find her.
"y/n," i called.
"ah yes, yeonjun!" she said, running to me happily. i pulled her into a hug and suddenly the whole school was looking at us.
"yah choi yeonjun we're in school," she said, pushing me off.
"okay, maybe later then," i replied, caressing her hair. we went to find jeongin and the rest.
"hey you two are here now! jisung told us about what happened, you two are together huh?" hyunjin asked.
"yeah," y/n replied.
"so, spill the tea," minho said.
"what tea-" i asked.
"like how y'all got together," felix said, wiggling his eyebrows.
"oh my- y/n, why do we have such friends-" i asked.
"oooo look at them, they're already annoyed at us! they want some 'we time' huh? channie hyung, should we go to another table to sit?" jeongin asked chan.
"yeah we should, but before that, y/n can you come with me for a while?" chan asked.
"sure," she said, leaving with chan. i wonder what's going on...
y/n pov:
chan called for me and i followed him.
"y/n, i need to tell you something," chan said.
"yeah?" i asked.
"you're aware that jisung has a thing for you right?" he asked. jisung?
"uh- no?" i replied.
"oh you didn't know... anyway now you know so please stop telling him about your love stories with yeonjun okay?" he said.
"oh okay, sorry i wasn't mindful enough," i replied.
"it's okay, i'm sorry if i was a little harsh in my words, it's just jisung has some... bad memories with regards to love..." chan said.
"oh... i'm really sorry i didn't know," i said.
"it's fine, y/n stop apologising. no one would've told you anyway."
he said, "and you have my blessings with yeonjun okay?"
"thanks chan," i replied and we went back to the table. now it was going to be awkward- when i didn't know jisung had feelings for me, i was more normal, now it's gonna be so awkward...
yeonjun pov:
"okay lovebirds, we're gonna get going, enjoy yourselves," chan said. with that, they all stood up and left.
"what did chan tell you?" i asked y/n curiously.
"he just said that jisung likes me-" she replied. i more or less guessed it, i mean, it's y/n! who can resist her? she just doesn't know how beautiful she is.
"why would he randomly tell you that though?" i asked.
"well, i have been ranting to him about this whole situation so yeah-" she replied.
"oh my god y/n- it isn't meant for this whole school to know??? and since jisung told chan and now the whole bunch of them knows, oh my god..." i replied.
jisung pov:
i'm going to get y/n back, i won't let them get together happily ever after...
