Okay, I have to be in heaven. There was a bright white light, red rose petals, and sexy guys. Seven, sexy guys. But, if I was dead why was I so embarrassed? Why was I blushing? And why was Mara here? We all know she would totally go to hell.
Oh God, I almost died, because of a rose petal, and of course, seven hot boys, just had to see that. If I wasn't already dead, surely I'd die of embarrassment. As I died of embarrassment, Mara would die of laughter. Thanks for the support friend.
I hadn't noticed the laughing before, but I did now. Two identical boys, twins I presumed, were on the floor doubled over with laughter. Oh God. I covered my face with my hands, trying to hide the blush.
Surely everyone was staring at me now.
I felt something tug at the bottom of my shirt. I peeked through my hands to see an adorable little boy. He looked up at me with bright amber eyes and asked "Are you okay?" I took my hands away from my face, and looked down. He had to be the cutest little boy I ever met. He was holding up a cute pink (ugh) stuffed rabbit. But, before I had the chance to respond, someone else did for me.
"Don't worry Honey senpai, she'll be fine, trust me." A dark haired stranger said. He pushed his glasses up on the bridge of his nose and continued to speak. "This is a new exchange student from America. Dent, Harley. A first year. She received a scholarship here for her writing." He then proceeded to tell my basic life story. By the time he had finished talking, the twins, and Mara had pulled themselves together, and nobody was staring at me. I quietly mumbled under my breath (or so I thought) "Smartass."
I heard gasps of surprise from all the girls in the room. They all stared at me, and then started to whisper about me. I mean for god's sakes they weren't even being subtle about it. The same twins form before where drowning in there own laughter. Honey, the little blonde boy looked surprised. Probably not prepared for those words. And the dark haired boy, he simply stared at me, and smirked, as if he knew something I didn't. If he was trying to spook me, it wouldn't work. It would take a lot more than that to scare me.
I crossed my arms over my chest, and stared back. I wasn't gonna back down. I gave him my best glare, which tended to scare most people, because of my red eyes. A few more girls shrieked in freight, and Honey backed away towards a tall, silent boy. I hadn't noticed him earlier. He hadn't said a word.
"Excuse me? Princess?" I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I quickly redirected my stare to the boy standing beside me. He was, to be truthful, very sexy. I had never seen violet eyes before. Were they contacts, like mine? I doubted they were. His blonde hair was quite bright. I was nervous, and of course when I'm nervous my mouth doesn't cease to work, like a normal person. No, no, no, when I was nervous what did I do? I started to insult, or scare people.
"It's not princess." I growled. "It's queen." Mara snickered behind me. The violet eyed boy looked startled at my words. It seemed like most girls easily fell for his princely charms. The familiar laughing from earlier started up again, and two arms were thrown across my shoulders. I glanced over to see one of the twins from earlier on my left, while the other one was on my right. There seemed to be no difference between the brothers. Even their golden eyes looked exactly the same. The only difference I could spot between the twins, was that their ginger colored hair was parted on opposite sides.
The twin with the hair parted to the left (also the twin on my left side) started to speak. "Hey boss can we-" he stopped talking and the twin with his hair parted to the right (also on my right side) picked up right where he left off "-keep her? Please? She makes-" "us laugh." "What?" I exclaimed. I pushed their arms off my shoulders. "I'm not some prize to be won! I'm not your silly little pet. Why don't you 'have' one of those girls?" I asked pointing to multiple girls sitting at various tables in the room. "Anyone of them would be delighted to be with you. I can guarantee you that." Mara giggled again, the twins looked shocked.
Wow Harley, weren't you jut making the best first impression.
"Um Harley." Mara said clearing her throat, and trying not to die of laughter. "I think we should probably go." I turned around to face her, and her green eyes twinkled with amusement. Oh god, she was gonna tease me about this later. This was the last thing I needed. I sighed. "Okay. Fine." I clenched my fists. "I think we should probably be leaving anyways." I walked over towards her.
"Princesses wait! Please!" The blonde boy said, throwing his hand out in protest. "Tamaki senpai." A feminine sounding voice said. I turned around to see a brunette boy say "Just let them go."
"Hmm" I wondered. "Maybe he hasn't gone through puberty yet?" That would explain the higher sounding voice, and why he was so short. But seriously, I was mentally thanking the boy for allowing me to escape. I grabbed Mara by the hand, and pulled her out of the pink doors (seriously what the hell was up with rich people and pink?!?)
"It was nice to meeting you." I said sarcastically, "But we're not interested." "But Harley" Mara protested. "They're hot." I tightened my grip on her hand, an said even louder "Not interested."
