Quackity looked shocked, i could understand why. I hold grudges and keeps them for long, i also understand politics. I could get why he's shocked. I don't exactly have anything against Quackity but he, even after everything was with Dream. I hate Dream with burning passion. Also this is mostly to get back at Wilbur.
