The Second Day

The whole store fell into chaos and people started grabbing everything they could find and tried to find an exit. Thankfully it was daytime outside and not night or she would really be in trouble. She decided to go back home and as she was walking down her street she noticed that all the drones and robots had also gone out. Once she got into her house her phone didn't even work and it had a battery. Almost all the things in her house would not work. Even the stove didn't work. She started to walk around her house and see what worked. The sinks,toilets,and some lamps worked. She started to get worried and remembered that she didn't know where her parents were.

"Great" she thought. "I don't know how to work the grill or anything and I'm only 12." As night fell over New York Tanya fell asleep on her own couch.In the morning she woke up and immediately went to the kitchen to try to make breakfast. By the time she figured out how to use the stove it was already lunch time. Her first attempt ended up in her having to get the fire extinguisher and finally the second try she cooked bacon and eggs correctly.

After she had breakfast for lunch she looked to see if the drones were back up yet and they weren't so that also meant the power was still out.She went over to see if any of her neighbors were around thankfully her neighbor across the street Mr.Clark was home and invited her to stay with him.She turned down the offer but said maybe later if my parents don't come back.He gave her some suppose like food that you don't have to cook and she headed back home to eat.
