(11) "Not Jealous"

Monday morning Bucky came into the office when Julian came up to him in the break room where the other guys were. 

"Dude where were you Friday night? You missed out." Julian said 

"Missed out on what? We go to the bar every Friday night nothing exciting ever happens." Bucky said 

"There was these three sisters there. They were up on the karaoke stage all night. My god they were sexy and gave me ultimate fantasies all weekend long." Nate said 

"They apparently knew Nat and the girls cause they joined them." Sam said 

Danica walked in and they all stopped talking. 

"Morning." She said in a low tone. 

"Why are you all staring at Dani like that?" Bucky said 

"She's one of the sisters we saw Friday." Nate said as she walked out. 

She smirked as she heard them. 

Bucky came into her office, "Well someone has had an eventful weekend. Clubbing Friday night and a cutesy sushi date on Saturday." He said 

"How did you even know where I went Saturday. Are you stalking me?" She said 

"Uh no, people go to restaurants Dani. It was my sister's birthday we went to Tao. I seen you and your lover boy." He said as he got closer to her. 

He sat his coffee cup down. 

"But tell me something Danica. Can he fuck you like I can? Can he give you what I gave you bed?" He said as he wrapped his arms around her. 

"James stop it. We didn't have sex Saturday night we are dating exclusively." She said 

"But Dani think about it baby. You said that nobody had been able to do the things I did for you. And you did things to me..oh God did you ever do things to me." He whispered as he ran his hand down her inner thigh and moaned. 

She elbowed him in the stomach. "Danica.." Bucky said 

"Bucky please, you have to stop. You can't give me what I want now and you weren't honest with me." She said 

"Danica it was sex. I didn't think that I had to tell you anything. You said it was just sex nothing else. So where in that did I have say hey by the way I'm sleeping with other women." He said 

"That's just common courtesy you moron. And by the way I remember you telling me two weeks ago that you don't do relationships. So why do you care so much?" She said 

He picked up his coffee cup. 

"What changed in two months Dani? Why now do you want a relationship.?" He said 

"My last relationship was three years ago James. Maybe I'm ready to put myself back out there and maybe I want more companionship more than sex. And you can't give me that I was having a bad day that first night." She said 

"A bad day? And what about all the other days?" He said 

She looked down. "James, the sex was great and I just want something more. I'm sorry." She said 

"Whatever Dani.." he said and walked out. 

Bucky was on a conference call when she left with Vince for lunch. Sam seen Bucky as he came out of his office as Danica and Vince came down the hall holding hands and talking. He kissed her against the wall outside the office. 

Bucky walked away to the copy room. 

"What's the matter with you?" Sam said 

"Nothing just trying to get work done." He said 

"You're jealous.." Sam said 

"Not jealous." Bucky said 

"Oh you are so jealous.." Sam said as the copy machine got a paper jam. 

Bucky pulled the paper out and hit the machine. "I am not jealous. If she wants to be with someone else that gives her what she wants then that's her prerogative. But I am not jealous I don't get jealous of past sexual relationships." He said as he walked out. 

Clint was standing there with Sam. "He's so jealous." 

"I heard that. Not jealous." Bucky said as he kept walking.
