Recovery time

Paul's POV

We all stood there looking at Nina smiling.

"Hey girls!" She said while looking at her three best friends.

"Hey Nina were so glad your ok" the replied

"Ok so I'm going to ask her a few more questions" the doctor said as we all knotted

"Ok, do you remember what happen? " The doctor asked

"No sorry" she said "but why do you you girls look so different?" She asked

"Well Nina its 2015 now, you lost some of your memory during your accident" Claire said

"Whoa were all so old! " Nina shouted

"I guess" Kat said

I moved to the back of the room to give the girls time but I am still listening to everything.

"Ok so can you guys ask her about things that have happen through out the years that she might need to know? " The doctor told us as we all nodded then walked over to where Nina laid.

"Do you know who your dating?" Candice asked.

"Ian? I've always had a huge crush on him" she said as I could feel my hart melting.

"No Nina, you dated him for awhile but not anymore" candice said

"Oh I'm sorry am I dating someone? " She asked

"That would be me" I said faintly

"Paul Wesley! " She almost shouted "you've changed! I remember when you first came to set" she said

I was hoping for her to actually remember me.

Silly me.

Ninas POV

Everything was so different and scary. I just wanted to cry but that would upset the girls. I kept looking at paul who was sleeping on the chair beside my bed. Kat left a few hours ago because she mentioned that she had work. Candice and Claire sat in the small sofa watching tv. Something about paul was so different, even though I can't remember having any type of romantic relationship with him but he felt like home. the doctors told us that my memory would come back but if it doesn't I'd have to rebuild my memory.

"Candice" I whispered

"Yes Nina, are you ok" she said while sounding panicked.

"I'm fine, can I ask you something?" I asked

"Sure anything" she said

"Well...am I...in love with Paul?" I asked

"Yes very much! You two spend so much time together" she said

"I feel so bad that I don't remember hi-" I said but got cut off

"Honey!!! Oh my gosh" my mom said as she ran in with open arms

"I'm so happy to see you!" I cried into her arms

"What happen?" She asked candice and Claire

"She must of fell and hit her head, Paul found her laying in the washroom coved in blood" they said

It has been a few hours since my mom showed up. she talked to the doctors to see when I could go back home and they said sooner then normal. Candice and Claire left a few minuets ago, my mom decided that she was going to stay with me for a few days until I was fully recovered.

"Honey I'm leaving do you need anything?" She asked

"Could you ask the nurse for a blanket?" I asked as I looked over at Paul

"What for" she asked

"I think Paul would be more comfortable laying down...and he hasn't left my side all day and I feel more safe when he's by my side." I said while my mom go the blanket and woke Paul up.

He walked over to my bed still half asleep. As my mom said goodbye and left.

I laud there for awhile until Paul's beautiful green eyes fluttered open.

"I don't remember falling asleep while laying down." he said while smiling

"You did! You said your were staying then a blanket magicly come" I said as his smile slowly disappeared

"What wrong?" I asked

"I just thought that this was all a dream....a-and you were...ok and that we were in bed together" he said as his green eyes started to tear up.

"It's okay! I'm fine" I said "and I know that we're dating and that I don't remember but I feel a connection to you" I said

"What do you mean"

"I just feel...safe when I'm with you like no one can hurt me, I feel butterflies in my stomach when I'm with you. It's wired that my brain doesn't remember being with you my heart does" I said

"Nina..." he said as he started to cry.

"Can you tell me how we first met?" I asked

"Are you sure? I don't want to push you" he said

"I'm sure! Please? I want to know our love story" I said

"Fine" he said while moving closer to me.

"What I don't bite" I said as Paul started to laugh.

"Ok so we met on my first day on set, we had the most scenes out of everyone that day. also a lot of love scenes! So we started to hang out to rehurse our scenes and became closer and closer." he said

"Awe! I love it! We can totally tell our kids that story" I said as we both laughed. "your perfect for me!" I said

"Why do I feel like you said this to me before?" He questioned

"I hope I told you everyday because it's true" I said

"Don't worry you did" he said as we both laughed

Paul got up and I felt like I did something wrong.

"Did I do something wrong?" I asked

"No no!!" He said

"Do you not want me to fall in love with you again?" I asked

Paul laughed and turned around to face me.

"In the story....you told me that you fell in love with me the day when I broke up with Ian and we kissed-" I tried to say but got cut off

"I never said that, Nina!" He said

"Really, did I make it up?" I asked

"No Nina! That was our first real kiss!" He said in excitement.
