Paul's POV

I woke up at about 7 am due to someone knocking at my door. I figured that it was Claire so I ran downstairs in just my pyjama pants to answer the door.

"HI" I said as she walked in

"What is wrong with you!?!" She shouted as she sat down on my couch

"What do you mean?" I asked with confusion.

"You didn't even say goodbye to Nina yesterday!" She said

"Claire! She told us to see other people!" I said while trying not to cry

"Ok but I just thought you would do something to make her stay--" Claire said but got interrupted by her phone.

"OMG! it's a Skype call from Nina" she said

"Don't tell her your here" I said as I moved her to a blank wall.

The girls talked for a few seconds until I decided to listed in.

"Where are you?" Nina questioned Claire.
"My house" she answered
"Have you talked to Paul?" Nina asked
"No" she said as she looked at me. "Why don't you call him?" Claire asked
"Because I told him that we should see other people and now I feel like he hates me" Nina said

I took a peek at Claire's phone and saw nina crying.

"And I know that he will find another girl in no time! He's just so damn likeable" Nina said

"He's not a player Nina" she said
"I know but I practically gave him permission to move on" she said

Claire looked up at me and whispered to me asking if I want to talk to her.

"No and don't let her know that I heard this whole conversation" I whispered back.

"Is anyone else there?" Nina questioned Claire.

"No just my mom" she said

"A part of me just wanted him to do something big to stop me from leaving" she continued

What the hell is Nina talking about!

"Like what?" She asked

"This might sound dumb, but something like him purposing to me." she said as my mouth dropped " I have to go get my bags so up call you later" Nina said as Claire said goodbye.

Nina's POV

I walked out of the airport to my parents waiting for me with a huge sign that read: welcome home sweetie!!.
I ran over to them with open arms.

My mom and dad kissed me and hugged me while I did the same.

Once we left the airport my parents and I went out to a very fancy restaurant where I got surprised by a few of my cousins.

**after diner**

After diner me and my parents went back to there house. I sat on my bed with my mom to have some girl talk.

I told her everything that happen between Paul and I then I asked her a very important question.

"Mom, do you think I should call Paul?" I asked her

"Yes I think you should, I really like Paul and I think that he really loves you." She said as I took out my phone.

I started to dile his number while my mom left the room.

"Hi" Paul said as I felt my heart melt

"Hey how are you" I said

"I think it's better if you answer that, I mean your the one who flew almost across the world" he said

"I'm a bit homesick" I said

"Well I'm Nina-sick" he said as I started to blush

"You can call me anytime Paul" I said

"Same goes for you" he said "so what's up?"

"I got to spend time with my family today" I said

"Well that's awesome" he said

"I actually have to go, you know the time differences so I can call you maybe tomorrow?" He said

"Yea okay we'll have fun Nina" he said

"Thanks you too bye"

We both said bye then I hung up my phone and went strait to bed.
