"I thought he was finally dead."

"Why did he have to come back?"

"Demon"

The whispers rung in his ear as he walked into the village. He did his best to ignore them and walked to his favourite ramen stand.

"Teuchi-jiji." Naruto yelled happily as he took a seat on one the stools. Luckily for him the stall was empty.

"My usual miso ramen pwease." Naruto said smiling while pushing the money Shisui gave him onto the counter. 

Teuchi looked to see his favourite customer.

"Wow, Naruto it's been a while. I haven't seen you so long and your speech improved. I thought something happened." he frowned before continuing. "I even went to the hokage and he was unsure about your whereabouts."

"I'm sworry, I didn't mean you worry you." he said frowning. 

"No- no it's fine now, as long as you're ok, you should probably see the hokage though I'm sure he's worried. 

"Ok I'll visit jiji when I'm done eating he said smiling.

Naruto ran as fast as his tiny legs could take him to the hokage's  office so he could tell his grandfather figure he was safe.

"Where is the Demon?" asked a voice he recognized. 

He was now outside the office and paused before entering when he heard the talking.

"I don't know what you're talking about Danzo."

"Come on Hiruzen don't play foolish." the man now recognized as Danzo replied.

"The child you took care of."  he said with much sarcasm

"What are you trying to say?" asked Hiruzen.

"Did you really take care of that demon? You left him in an orphanage where they clearly hated him then left him in an apartment with some ramen when they kicked him out. I don't call that caring, and if you do I don't remember you doing that to your children." Danzo laughed. 

Naruto ran off not listening anymore. 'The creepy man was right jiji barely took care of me.' he thought with tears pouring down his face. 

                                  ...

Naruto started walking down from the hokage's head as the sun was now setting. His eyes were red making it obvious he was crying.

"Maybe I should get some ramen. Yeah, ramen make pain go away." he said before happily running off to his favourite ramen stand.

"There he is, don't let him get away." was the only he heard before it went black

                                  ...

"Hewwoo?" Naruto asked scared.  

"Well, well, it seems the demon is awake." a voice snickered from the darkness. "Wh-who awe you?" Naruto asked shaking.

"We. We are the villagers that are going to finish what the fourth hokage started by killing you, but first we are going to have our fun." the voice snickered again as Naruto started crying. 

"Noo pweeasssee." he begged tears falling down his face. "Oh dear child, it isn't the time for begging yet.

                                 ...

"Itachi are you sure that brat lives here?" Kisame asked looking around the molding apartment. "The last time I was here yes, not only that the apartment is in better condition." 

Kisame couldn't hide his shock. "Itachi, I thought you said the nine tails jinchuriki was a child." he said refusing to believe a child was living here, by himself at that. He must have heard wrong, yes that's it, he heard wrong.

"Technically some would consider him still a baby he's three turning four in a few months." Itachi replied scanning the apartment. It looks like it hadn't been touched in a while, but there were articles of clothing still present. 

"A fucking three year old. What is the world coming to?" Kisame asked in disbelief.

                                 ...

"Itachi, it's been three hours, shouldn't he be home?" Kisame was anxious, he didn't like this feeling. Itachi frowned. "You're right, let's look for him.

Kisame and Itachi began searching the village without a single ninja detecting them, how was this the most powerful village? They had no idea.

After three hours of searching they were about to conclude that he wasn't in the village walls that was until they heard talking from a building on the outskirts of the village.

 "I knew that demon would've been good for something." one villager spoke. "I know right, he took it like a champ." the other voice replied snickering.

"I think we should check this 'demon' out." Itachi only nodded before they approached the building. "It's empty." he said before opening the doors.

Kisame and Itachi looked in shock at the sight infront of them. Their stomached churned, S-class criminals that have slaughtered many. 

What laid in front them was a naked blonde which Itachi identified as the jinchuriki covered in fluids which consisted of blood and something he didn't want to name.
