"It's funny how quickly the years pass, don't you think so? Yahiko?" Konan questioned. Glancing at her husband as they took a seat on the grass in their back yard, staring at the night sky.

"It is, Naruto's already 13 huh? It seems like just yesterday he way crying over the fact that he thought he was going to marry Kisame." he reminisced chuckling at the memory, it was one of his favorite.

"Yeah, Nagato is planning to have him go back to Konoha for a few years."

"What? Why? Especially after what they've done to him all those years back?"

"Yeah, but his family belonging are in the villages and he never knew his birth parents so Nagato thought it'll only be right for Naruto to collect his birth right."

"So he won't be living there?"

"Not permanently, it'll be a special case. He has already notified the hokage about it, he'll break the news to Naruto tomorrow."

"I just hope they won't kill him" Yahiko sighed frowning slightly.

"I think his kindness will be the death of him before anyone has the chance to." Konan said remembering the time he went blind from bring Rin back.

She sighed before holding her belly and standing up.

"We should heard inside, we don't want Kiro to catch a cold before she's born."

"I don't think that's how it works Yahiko." Konan laughed as he made reference to their unborn child of 6 months.

"Nagato do you really think this wise?" questioned Itachi. He didn't fancy the idea of Naruto going back to the village neither did Shisui, or anyone for that matter.

Almost everyday he regrets his decision of putting the village over his family.

"No, I don't, that's why I'm sending you with him." he replied going through this paper work. In about 5 to 6 months he'll have a meeting with the five kages to announce the village as apart of the major 5 or rather soon to be 6 major villages.

"Are you forgetting I'm wanting in the village.?"

"Are you forgetting that you're now apart of uzugature? If they attack you, we will go to war, it's in our best interest they do attack you and theirs they don't. Our village is made up of S and SS class missing nins. I don't think they'll take that chance." Nagato responded raising an eyebrow.

Itachi chuckled before responding. "I guess you're right."

Over the passed years Naruto's senses increased due to the kyubii causing his hygiene to increase and his voice to get softer.

Itachi knew exactly where to look for Naruto, he always spent his free time in the village orphanage or in his adopted parents garden and if he was angry or annoyed for some reason he'd be at Shisui's house crying.

"Naruto." Itachi called seeing the blonde boy in the orphanage with a white haired child in his hands.

Itachi did a slight chuckle, Naruto being a child magnet as per usual.

Naruto turned around and his eyes met to his surrogate brothers obsidian eyes. "Tachi-nii? What is it?" his soft voice responded.

"Let's talk outside, ne?"

Naruto placed the child down causing him to start crying. After around 15 minutes the baby fell asleep and Naruto placed him in his crib. He went outside after promising the children he'll be back.

"Nii-san." Naruto called getting Itachi's attention.

"Let's walk around the village while we talk." smiled Itachi.

"Tomorrow we're heading to Konoha, don't worry I'll be coming with you." Itachi said taking a seat on the grass, looking out onto the lake. The lake reminded him of the Konoha where he'd practice his fire ball jutsu.

Naruto responded with a soft smile, taking a seat next to Itachi before looking out onto the lake.

Over the years Naruto forgot about Konoha along with the pain they had once caused him.

"Do you know why nii-san?"

"Well, your birth tou and kaa-san are from that village and when they died their possessions remained there, and you, begin their only child is the inheritor of those possessions" he explained.

Naruto nodded in understanding looking onto the lake once more before sitting up.

"When do we leave?"
