Saying goodbye to Mike (and the others) was incredibly hard. Mercedes and Quinn were used to seeing him every day for their whole lives. They were going to miss him.

Quinn made everyone promise to come back for Thanksgiving break. As foreigners, the Fabangeses didn't celebrate Thanksgiving but the rest of America did and they got a break for it so they should be back.

Finn said a teary goodbye to Rachel; Finn, Blaine, Tina and Mercedes said a teary goodbye to Kurt; Quinn and Mercedes just sobbed over Mike and Tina was right there with them; they tried to be brave for Lauren, who was going the furthest and Artie, Santana and Brittany were hard to break up.

They all left the day before.

Today was the first day of classes and Mercedes was nervous. Luckily, she and Quinn were taking nearly all the same courses and had two with Marcy, who decided to come to State after all.

She got dressed in her best outfit (after throwing up [she didn't know if it was from Raven or her nerves but she threw up]) and looked at herself in her mirror.

Luckily, she took after Marcy, who didn't even look pregnant when she was going into labor. Not that she was knocking Quinn but she got big. Mercedes was worried about being completely overweight but she looked the same. She knew anything could happen between now and December so she was just praying on it.

She was wearing a white off the shoulder shirt with bell sleeves that buttoned at the cuffs and black jeans. She couldn't wear heels anymore so she went with red ballet flats with tassels. All the jewelry she wore was what she made.

She grabbed a jacket and her purse and backpack before leaving her closet and room to go downstairs. Marcus and Marcy were down there with Mrs. Gonzales and the Evanses.

"Good morning, everyone!" She hugged Marcus from behind.

They all spoke so she sat down and began eating. Even though she still had morning sickness, her appetite came back. She tried not to eat too much but she couldn't help it. She had cravings.

They talked about things going on in their lives (read: Marcus talked about work and tried to talk up dentistry) as they ate then they heard footsteps.

Mal walked in. "Hey, everybody!"

They spoke to him as he went to Marcy and stole a piece of bacon she was saving. "Hey, you dink!"

He kissed her. "You love me."

"I'll love you six feet under!"

"As long as you still love me."

She made a face. "I'm out. You, you can ride in the trunk."

"Mike could have left me his car." Mal sulked. "At least let me drive Travis. Dad drove me today."

"Nope." She walked out, him and Sam on her heels. "Bye, y'all!"

"Bye!" The others waved.

Marcus turned to Mercedes. "Where's Puckerman with my Dumpling?"

She smiled. "Noah's bringing her before he goes to class. He's not taking Nic today so he gets to sleep in."

"He's making my granddaughter watch him sleep?"

Is he serious? "Daddy."

He huffed. "I should get to work."

"I gotta get to class. Thanks for breakfast, Mrs. Gonzales. Bye, guys!" She stood and grabbed her lunch. She got her stuff and went outside to her Cadillac.

Marcus got in his BMW and drove off as she checked her mirrors and turned on the radio. She was ready and went around the block to get Quinn.

Mercedes blew the horn and Quinn came right on out. She got in. "Hi, Sissy!"
