Once we were all fed we were happy. What are we doing now Freddy said as Justine collected all our dishes and put them in the sink. Well we all need to get out of the house so how about a walk get some fresh air and exercise lily said.

Ok we all said agreeing. Everyone go get shoes on and grab a coat and whatever you need Justine said. Ok we all said and got up and went to our rooms. Me and Joey walked into our room and put shoes on.

We already had sweatshirts on so we didn't need a jacket. We packed a bag with everything we needed and just waited for everyone else since our door was open. We sat on the bed and cuddled for a bit.

I was sat in her lap and i laid my head on her chest and she was stroking my back. You ok she asked me kissing my forehead. I have cramps I mumbled against her shoulder. Have you taken some pain relief today she asked.

Not since breakfast I said quietly. That's four hours ago you can't have any more for about two hours. I know I said. Everything ok in here mom said walking past. She has cramps joeys said stroking my stomach. Well nobody is ready yet how about a heating pad mom said.

I shook my head yes and she went to go get it. She came back with it warm and I put it on my stomach under my clothes. I started feeling a little better and they new it. You can take that with you just shove it in your bag when you're down with it mom said. Ok I said. Everyone finished getting ready so we all got up to leave.

I have the heating pad sitting at the top of my pants and under my hoodie And I was holding it. Why are you hugging your stomach Lucas asked. She has a heating pad under her shirt she's just making sure it doesn't fall mom said. Why do you have a heating pad Zay asked. My stomach hurts I said.

Cramps Paris said. Yeah I said. You sure you can go on the walk Kelli said. Yeah I'll be fine I said. She's settle down after a while she just needs the heating pad for a bit to calm it down mom said. Ok everyone here Justine said. Yeah everyone said. Let's go then lily said and we all walked out of the house.

Maya was holding Abby in her arms and she was hugging a bunny in her arms. Is little miss bringing her bunny on a walk Sarah said tickling Abby making her giggle.

Yeah she insisted on bringing it and we didn't want her getting all upset so we let her maya said. If she drops it someone try and catch it if you can that way we don't loose it Jake said. Got it we all said. Once we were all out of the house Justine locked the door and we started walking.
