New Years special!

A\N: I don't really know if people saw my second A\N but I forgot to do a Christmas, New Years, and a Valentines so please don't comment anything about it not being the  holiday, thank you!

Y\N's POV

    New year, new me, everyone says it but I don't think it's true, I want myself to change, not change myself! I have no New Years resolution because I'll my life will flip when I finish college.

"Y\N-Chan! Do you wanna come to the New Years celebration at my place?" Suga came up to me wiping his face, "Sure! Is the whole team coming?" I asked taking my eyes off my phone, "Yeah, it's a volleyball celebration, Nekoma, Fukorodani, Shiritorizawa, Seijoh, and Itachiyama are gonna be there!" He said.

Shiritorizawa, that place gets on my nerves the most since my Ex goes there..."Cool! I'll be there, Miku you hear that? Akaashi will be there~" I say nudging her, "Hey! Your "boyfriend" is gonna be there too!" She said sticking her tongue out, "Yeah Yeah." I replied before Suga gave a smile before going back on the court.

    I took a breath in before knocking on the door, "Oh, Y\N! Glad you're here, let's get this party started!" Bokuto's mom said opening the door and letting me in, "Thank you." I said Bowing down, "No need to be formal! I told Kuto to stay in his room since I didn't want him to know you were here, if you know what I'm saying." She said as I start blushing.

"Just leave this and trust the process dear! A You have 2 hours until the party, I'll be finished in 1 ok?" She said bringing me to an extra room with clothes, makeup, etc. My eyes widened before she grabbed my hand and dragged me to the closet, "I got the perfect dress, go put it on to show me how you look! C'mon chop chop, time goes fast!" She said as I took the dress and ran to the dressing room. 'How'd She figure out my size?' I thought spinning around in the dress.

It was all black but it hand nice golden glitter splatters on it, it was really cute, "Come out dear!" She said, I slowly opened the door and she gasped, "You. Look. AMAZING!" She fangirled, I chuckled nervously before she grabbed my hand again and told me to sit down in a chair, "I'll get your makeup done first, then I'll get your hair since hair takes a short amount of time." She said, I nod before the process began.

"Alright almost finished... and Ta da!" She said, "Open your eyes!" I opened my eyes and I saw a completely different person, "Oh wow..." I said looking at myself, "I know right! It only took 15 minutes!" She said, it felt like an hour but it was worth it! "Hair time, my favorite part!" She says grabbing a comb and combing my hair.

After the tiny tangles got out She brained to parts of my hair and wrapped them around, I had my eyes closed since I wanted it to be a surprise. "Y'know Y\N. I know his is a pretty awkward subject but, you remind me of Bokuto's ex girlfriend." She says doing other parts of my hair, "Oh, how so...?" I asked, "She was pretty, just like you. But she was really shy, and used to live here since her father was abusive." She said.

"What did she look like?" I asked, "I have a picture of when they went to prom as second years, take a look!" She said putting something it my hand without letting go of my hair, I only opened my eyes while looking down but I saw her sitting on his lap, she was very pretty. "You helped her with prom, if I'm not mistaken." I said smiling, "She was always making Bokuto feel in the right place, they were an adorable couple until..." she cut herself off. "I closed my eyes again, "What happened...?" I said.

"She passed away due to blood loss..." She continued in a sad tone. That's how the relationship ended?! I thought something else like the fell out of love! "Oh my, I'm so sorry for asking that question!" I say shockingly, "No it's ok, you lit a spark in Bokuto's eyes." She says putting both hands on top of my head, "You look just like her. Beautiful..." She says, I opened my eyes looking at my reflection. I say her face smiling with her eyes closed, she was crying.
