A dark cloaked figure stared out into the darkness of the night. The wind fluttered the rims of the cloak with a cold wind.

The figure pulled the black fluttering cloth closer against herself.

She stared off into the moonless night, dark chills running down her spine as she heard footsteps behind her.

"Chrysalis," rumbled a low voice, turning the cloaked figures blood freeze.

"Yes, that is I." she said curtly, tugging at the black cloak, "What do you want?"

The man behind her was silent as he paused, watching the woman, her back turned to him.

"I want what you took from me back." he growled, he reached into his jacket pocket as he stared at the back of the woman.

"I'm afraid you can't have them." she hissed lowly, her green-blue eyes narrowing off at the distance.

She heard the click of a gun being loaded and closed her eyes, clenching her fists.

"Last chance, Chrysalis." he growled, taking a step closer to the woman. "Give me what I want, or I blow you off this roof."

Chrysalis shuddered at the man's cold dry voice. She felt the barrel of the gun press into her back and she tensed.

"I'll count to three, tell me where they are." he seethed pressing the barrel against her spin as she froze, looking down over the ledge of the building. "One. . ."

Chrysalis closed her eyes taking a shaking breath, "I don't know where they are-"
"Liar! You know exactly where they are, you took them from me." seethed the man, pressing the trigger of the gun slightly, "Two. . ."

"I-I took them away from their evil father. I didn't steal anything of yours-" Chrysalis trailed off realizing she was out of time.

Taking a deep breath the woman squeezed her eyes shut waiting for the burning pain of the bullet tearing through her skin. But the pain never came. The loud bang of the bullet never reached her ears.

"You really thought I'd kill you," he smirked darkly, making the woman look back at the man.

His green eyes shined with malice as his brown red striped hair blew in the wind.

"Go away, Somba." hissed Chrysalis, hugging herself as she turned to look at the man, "I'd like to go home without a hole in my heart."

Somba stared at Chrysalis before smirking, "You're still as beautiful as the day you left." he purred softly in her ear.

"You can't sweet talk me into giving you them." she seethed, punching Somba in the face, causing the man to stumble back.

"My, my, you've gotten soft." he purred standing up straight as he aimed the gun at Chrysalis. "Too bad you have to die like this." Somba pulled the trigger. A loud BANG erupted through the air.

Chrysalis took a shaky step back, gasping in pain as her eyes widened in fear.

"Oops, my finger slipped." smirked Sombra as Chrysalis fell to her knees, hunched over as she reached one hand up to clutch her side, her other keeping her from falling face flat on the cold brick roof.

"Y-you're. . . a. . . m-m-monster," she rasped, crawling forward away from the edge of the roof.

Somba gripped Chrysalis' hair pulling her back to th edge of the roof. "The line ends here, Chrys', you had your chance."

Chrysalis choked back a cry of pain, clutching her wound as she stared down at the road far below. "P-please. . .Somba, I'll let you come back. . ." she shouted weakly.
