Sabine's POV:
I could tell Tom has his doubts.
I am glad he called for help.
Soon, after he spoke to them, we left in a taxi.
I noticed Chat attempted to lift a few fallen beams.
I shook my head as we made our way out of town.
I was not as if she made it.
The poor cat hero was in denial.
Perhaps, if he had gotten there sooner, Marinette would be alive.
I was angry with him.
It was his fault she was deceased.
I happened to know Marinette liked him.
I had no idea what she saw in him.
Well, my sister's house would be a good change in environment.
In time, I am sure we would all get used to Marinette's death.
I had a feeling Chat might never recover.
Served him right.
"Tom, we should have let the police arrest that stupid cat. He killed our daughter." I yelled.
I heard Tom sigh.
I saw him shake his head in disagreement.
I could not believe it.
How could he still trust Chat Noir?
