Part 20

(Y/n) POV
I slowly open my eyes to see a white room I look and see my arm attached to a drip .
Suddenly a doctor walks in .
"Miss (y/l/n), your one lucky lady" he says looking at some paperwork in his hands .
"Wh-what happened" I say slightly confused as to why I'm in the hospital as I don't really remember anything.
"Well you drank an extremely dangerous amount of alcohol, that should of technically killed you" he said
"But you managed to fight through it and we managed to restore lost fluids and had to pump your stomach to try get rid of the excessive amount of alcohol"
"Oh god . I'm such an idiot . How long have I been here" I say not having any sense of the day or time.
"Well you've been here for 5 days"
"5 DAYS!" I shout shocked at his reply
"Yes Miss , after we treated you. Your body obviously needed to recover and you've been asleep for 5 days" he says coming over to check my drip.
"Your friend has been here everyday from the minute visiting hours open till they close . She's been so worried about you" he then says
"Is she here now" I say thinking it's Lilly.
"Yes she is, she just went to the cafe . I'm sure she'll be back in a second. I just need to pop out a second if you need anything just press this button okay" he says pointing at a red button near me then walking out.
I feel myself begin to cry . What the fuck was I thinking . Oh right I wasn't thinking. I should be dead , I'm so lucky to be here . I just need to see Sarah I need to tell her I love her .
I hear the door open
"Lilly?" I say thinking Lilly was about to walk in . But I look up to see Sarah . Omg she came she was the one here the whole time.
"Oh my god your awake finally , I was so worried about you" she says running over and sitting on the bed.
"Sarah I'm so sorry . I'm sorry for everything I didn't mean to lose you your job . And I'm sorry to scare you I just felt so numb that I wanted to feel something, anything but the way I did that almost killed me and I'm just so so sorry" I say crying hysterically.
"Hey hey look at me it not your fault . Listen to me forget all that I love you okay . I love you and I am the one that's sorry , I kicked myself every minute of everyday I never should of broken up with you I need you just as much as you need me . I'm sor-" before she can finish her sentences I put my hand on her face and pull her in and our lips meet , it was a soft passionate kiss the best we had ever had .
"I love you Sarah Paulson and you don't need to apologise. I'd love you through anything " I say placing my forehead on hers.
"I love you so much (y/n) never ever scare me like that again I cannot lose you" she says with tears down her cheeks.
I wipe them off and give her a kiss. When I hear the door open again.
"(Y/n) thank god your awake" Lilly says as she run over to me and hugs me.
"Don't you ever fucking scare me like that again" she say punching my arm and giggling.
"I'm so sorry you had to see that lil . I'm really really sorry" I say squeezing her tight .
"It's fine I'm just glad your alright and that you two have made up. Because you two are soulmates and are made for each other" Lilly says looking at both of us .
"I can't stop for long I've got to get back for 3rd period but they let me out to come see u as it's lunch time at the moment ." Lilly says placing flowers and a card next to me.
"Thank you lil they're beautiful. See you soon love u" I say as she walks out .
I turn to Sarah and just look into her beautiful brown eyes .
"You make me whole and I couldn't imagine myself without you" I say to her still just admiring her .
"(Y/n) I love you more than life itself" she says pulling me in for a passionate kiss which slowly turns into lust filled kisses.
"Uh-hum sorry to interrupt" I hear the doctor from before.
"No worries" I say to him.
"Well Miss (y/l/n) , I've gone over your levels and everything and you are free to go home today. You cannot drink alcohol for at least 4 weeks as your body still has some recovering to do and you need to drink at least 4 litres of water a day okay" he says removing the drip from my arm.
"Yes doctor that's fine , thank you" I say excited to be able to leave.
"I'll leave you be" he says walking out .
"God get me out this place" I say to Sarah laughing .
I pack up all my stuff and Sarah drives me home.
"Thank you for being there for and me waiting for me to wake up" I say once we are sat on the sofa.
"I wouldn't have it any other way and hey where else did I have to be" she says giggling.
"I'm so sorry again for that" I say
"Hey what did I say it's not your fault and anyways I've got a few interviews this week so things seem to be heading up" Sarah says smiling at me .
"Oh my god well done babe . I'm sure you'll get offered all of them" I say kissing all round her face.
"I haven't even had the interviews yet calm down. Anyway I'm hungry , you fancy pizza?" she says picking up her phone.
" well I fancy something else. But I'm starving so yeah pizza sounds good" I say smirking at her .
"Haha , you've just got out of hospital so we can eat and just cuddle tonight okay" she says staring at me .
"Okay fine!" I say jokingly rolling my eyes
The pizza finally arrives and we choose a film to watch (labyrinth) and just sit and cuddle for the rest of the evening.
Everything started to look up .
