"Ahhhhhhh!" I screamed in pain. A man threw me across the room and I hit the wall hard. I was on the ground crying
"Get up you little brat!" He yelled at me. He then yanked me up by my shirt. My feet were off the ground. He looked at me in disgust. I just have to say this ,"what are you looking at!" I am so angry. What am I doing here? Where's Rogelio? Did something happen to him? "You disgust me," the man said interrupting my thoughts. He threw me hard towards the ground and walked out.
I started to cry. I was scared. I don't know where Rogelio is or what happened. I feel so bad. I don't know what to do.
Suddenly the door bursts open. The man was standing there. He then threw a girl body into the room with me and slammed the door shut. I quickly rushed over the the girl. I turned her around so I can see her.
Oh no! Mom! What did they do to her? She looks dead! I start to listen for her breathing. I sighed. She's just passed out.
What am I going to do? This can't be happening. Right? My mom started to get up. She looked around and saw me. She rushed over to me and hugged me. We both started to cry. "Where are we, Minica?" I shrugged. Her face got really sad. I wonder, are we going to die?
