Sheathing my blaster in my black leather utility belt, I slowly approach the pathetic lifeform cowering from my presence in the corner of the dark, sand-covered cave. As I stood before them, I scoffed in amusement and bent down in front of their face, balancing by resting my elbows on my knees. I shot the terrified Twi'lek a menacing, sarcastic grin and let out a deep, inaudible laugh to myself at their fearful expression... I could practically see the terror glint in their eyes as they feared for their life.

"You owe a lot of money... how foolish of you to believe that there wasn't going to be any consequences," I say to them, slowly shaking my head in amusement as I tuck a strand of my platinum blonde hair behind my ear.

The Twi'lek quickly held both of his hands in front of him in an attempt to stop me as his chest heaved from his rapid breaths, "Please don't kill me; I have a family! They need me!"

"Well you should have considered that before you took 15,000 credits with no intention of repayment," I say to them whilst rolling my eyes at his pathetic excuse.

"Please, I beg you. Have mercy!" he pleads to me with tears in his eyes, his dirty orange-ish hands shaking in front of him.

"It's not my job to show mercy. I've just been hired to take you back to them; I just want to get paid... Now, we can do this the easy way or the hard way; it makes no difference to me. Which option do you want?" I snap in an impatient tone, startling him from my aggressive words, "I strongly suggest you go for the easy way."

"I'm not going anywhere with you, bounty hunter," the Twi'lek spat in my face and suddenly tried to stand up so he could escape me.

I roll my eyes once more at him and swiftly take out my blaster from my belt and set it to stun. Squinting one eye closed, I raise the blaster at the desperate alien attempting to escape the cave. I waited until he was just about to reach the rocky entrance and I pushed my finger against the trigger, causing the Twi'lek to fall limply to the floor, his body shaking from the volts of electricity coursing through his veins. I slowly approached him, my hard combat boots making my footsteps echo through the cave as I stood by his side. Upon reaching him, I pressed my boot onto his lower back area and bent down to face him, pulling my black facemask under my chin to speak.

"Oh I think you are."

I moved my facemask back over my nose and mouth, slung my blaster over my shoulder and grabbed the Twi'lek by the leg, dragging him slowly against the sandy stone until we were out of the cave.

"Well done, bounty hunter. You have done a marvellous job on bringing me this criminal," the Zabrak customer told me, indicating to the still stunned Twi'lek discarded at our feet.

I tap my boots impatiently on the sand and fold my arms across my chest, feeling my warm breath hit my mouth from inside my face mask, "And my payment?"

"Ah, of course. 150 credits, as promised," the Zabrak jingled the credits in his hands before slowly dropping them into mine. I stare at the pieces in my semi-gloved hand and then move my gaze back up onto the smug-looking Zabrak in confusion.

"150? No, no, we decided on at least 200. You owe me another fifty," I snap, clenching my fists around the credits in anger.

"You took longer than I wished for; I was nearly about to hire a new bounty hunter!" he laughed, unaware that my expression behind my mask was not amused, but instead stone cold. Now completely out of patience, I kneel to the ground and bring my fingers to my boot, pretending to re-tie my laces. The Zabrak thought nothing of it as he stared down on me, completely oblivious. I subtly slid my fingers under the material of my pants and reached for the strap around my ankle which concealed a blade I often enjoyed using on occasion.
