rodrick invited you over to his house so you could watch him play the drums as practice. you sat down in a old and dusted chair next to rodrick while he played. the room smelled of cigarette ash and energy drinks but you didn't even care, all you wanted was to hang around rodrick. "does this sound good??!" rodrick yelled "what!?" you screamed back. heavy rock music playing on the radio in the background was washing out both of your voices, he quickly ran over and pressed stop on the radio "i said does that sound good?" "oh yes! of course it does" you reassured him. "i am so excited for the talent show this weekend" he exclaimed "what talent show" "you know the one at school?" "oh yeah!". you completely forgot that rodrick and his band where competing at the school talent show this weekend, you just thought that he wanted to show off his drumming skills
