Now, back in Elizabeth's mind, she was panicking.
Not only was she freaking out about getting married but all the dresses she's been forced to try on were horrid. If Elizabeth was to be married she at least wanted to have standards.

The maids here were very nice and Elizabeth hated that she seemed spoiled in front of them but she dreamed of the day she would get married. She expected to be put into an arranged marriage but never forced into one with a demon king.

"My lady, we have another dress for you to try on" One woman assisting Elizabeth called out from behind the door separating her from the others.

"Oh, uh, please come on in" The woman entered to be a petite girl with black short hair, golden eyes, and a small beauty mark under her eye "I apologize if I am such a burden"

"Not at all princess"

The name made Elizabeth stiffen "w-what?"

"If you are to be married to his majesty, you are now currently a princess"

"I-I don't believe that's how it works"

"Well to me it is" the maid spoke with confidence

"What is your name?"

"Merlin"

"Well, Lady Merlin, I don't wish to sound like a bother but...please say this dress is not black"

"I promise it is not your highness" The comment made Elizabeth look at the dress. It was perfect.

Elizabeth was once more in her room, she was looking out the window again just wondering what the heavenly realm was like right now. Surely Sorial had told them that she had been captured right?

A type of tired feeling struck Elizabeth, the outside world was dark but no matter if it was day or night the sky would be painted with the darkness the demon clan held over this poor human kingdom.

With a sigh, the goddess walked over to her bed and sat down only to wrap herself in a blanket once more while the door opened to reveal Zeldris with two plates and two cups.

"Although it is not that late I snuck you and I some snacks" the demon prince spoke kindly making Elizabeth smile

"You are very kind sir Zeldris" The Goddess spoke as she sat up to help the demon prince place the food on the small table from before.

"I was also hoping to see if you would accompany me for a walk in the palace garden at a later time"

"Of course!" Elizabeth beamed, her excitement genuine enough to even make the demon crack a small smile.

"I am glad, but please, I by no means wish to mislead you into thinking of romance"

"Oh no! I-I wouldn't have thought of it that way I mean you are undeniably handsome but I would never dream of it- no that sounded rude! Uh-"

"Liz, I understand" Zeldris chuckled at the goddess's small rant "let us eat before my brother gives either of us any more plans. Forgetting of her tiredness, Elizabeth smiled "lets"
