(((There will be swearing in this chapter, coming from our one and only Shota Aizawa. Be prepared for it, and I apologize if you are uncomfortable with it. I don't usually make the characters swear, but I promise I will put a warning up at the top of the chapter if there is any.)))

<3-Two Weeks Later-<3

I wake up groggily to the sound of multiple phones buzzing on the nightstands next to the bed. Slowly, and grumpily I roll over onto the next pillow. Eyes closed, my arms reach to cover my head with the sheets, hoping for it to block out the noise. Though my wishes aren't answered, as the buzzing continues.

I groan, and begrudgingly open my eyes, to see that I am faced towards the balcony.

The curtains were to the side, opening my view to the night sky. The moon was just starting to fall to the horizon, shining its light into the darkroom. The small sounds of the wind brushing through the trees newly bloomed leaves make me exhale at the sound, finding myself at peace for a few moments.

Everything had begun to go so fast recently. I can't believe it's been almost two and a half years since Shota and I got married. I can remember the day of our wedding so...vividly. It just doesn't seem that long ago. And now, we're moving onto the next step of our relationship: starting a family.

We're starting a family.

We'll have little children running around all over the place, laughing and playing with everything they can see. They'll probably whine and cry about spilled milk or each other. They'll take their first steps, first bite of delicious food, first tooth, first word, first day of school. They'll get to see the world for the first time, and Shota and I will be there for them. They'll get to experience their childhood with him and me alongside them, guiding them through the first stages of life.

We're starting a family.

The thought of it is so surreal, that it takes several moments for me to get pulled out of my daze. I first notice shifting in bed, groaning, and reaching over to shut off the phone buzzing on his nightstand.

It makes me realize what actually woke me up and I cringe to hear my phone still shaking, hurryingly stretching my arm across to shut off the annoying alarm.

I slowly sit up, bringing my legs to the side of the bed, letting them dangle for a while. I take a glance behind me and sigh, my lips curving up slightly. The man of my dreams had fallen right back asleep, his head completely under the covers. I shake my head and the sight, chuckling silently and turning back my attention where it was many moments ago.

The night sky was still as beautiful as it was before and I frown, longing to expand my wings and fly into it, floating above the awakening city and staring up into the magical darkness of it.

Slowly but surely, I find myself standing, slowly stretching out my aching muscles from sleeping. A few of my backbones make a satisfying pop, and I smile contently. It seems as though today won't be too bad.

As I make my way to the bathroom to start my normal routine, I find myself wondering why Shota and I had to wake up before the sunrise...Until it hits me.

Half-dressed, I gasp excitedly and run out of the room into the master bedroom, where my lovely husband is still in bed, covers over his messy locks.

Before even thinking of what I'm doing, I hurriedly ran to his side, climbing onto him carefully, and shaking him vigorously by the shoulders.

He shifts and groans for the third time that morning, pulling the covers even further above his head. He rolls on his side, fortunately (or unfortunately) not shaking me off. His deep morning voice sends a shiver up my spine, "Let me sleep."

"Shota!" I yell, not caring how loud I am. Playfully, I continue to shake him, making him grumble and groan about, trying to get as much sleep as he can get. "Come on! Aren't you wanting to get ready early for our first day back to work?"

I hear another groan (for the tenth time) from underneath the sheets, "Ugh, don't remind me." His groggy voice sends a shiver up my spine once again, but I continue to get him up and out of bed.

My hands rip the covers out of his hands, exposing his naked top half to me. I smile cheekily, in a playful mood, and immediately stick my fingers into his sides, right below his ribs. A gasp and groan (another one) comes out of his mouth and he shoots up, tossing me to the side (carefully) onto the bed and doubling over in pain. "Jesus! What the hell?!"

I burst out laughing, holding my abdomen from it hurting so much from laughing too hard. He glares at me lightheartedly, turning his head in my direction and a mischievous glint in his eyes appears as I make eye contact with them.

I quickly realized my mistake, and hurriedly dash out of the bedroom, him hot on my trail, both of us without our top halves covered.

Oh, what a sight it would be to see if someone came barging into the house at the moment. Both our shirts off, laughing and chasing each other, at four in the morning.

Down the hall I go, tumbling down the stairs and into the living room. I run behind the couch, hoping for him to stop chasing me. Though my pleas are unanswered as he continues to chase me in circles around the couch, waiting for the right moment to pounce me.

After minutes of running in circles around our living room, I find myself out of breath and stop as he stops on the other side of the couch. Both of us pant loudly as we stare at each other, waiting for the other one to make the next move.

Slowly but surely, I find Shota beginning to bring his hands upwards, scrunched in a position that one might say are 'grabby hands'. I find myself bending my knees, preparing myself to run once again. I soon feel a wave of Deja vou, 'This now feels like one of those Western movies, where they prepare to shoot each other, facing their opponent in the middle of the road.'

I snort, still in a playful mood, unaware of my vulnerability at the moment.

In an instant, my husband jumps over the couch and tackles me to the ground, luckily he lands on the bottom. I find myself cackling at our silliness, and my face falls into his broad chest.

Unknowingly, Shota stares contently at me, finding himself at peace, seeing his other half giggle and muffle laughter in his chest.

His face softens at his own thoughts, as I look back up when I feel him stare at me. I tilt my head in confusion, "Shota?" He waves me off and shakes his head, his lips twitched upwards in a small smile, "Nothing, nothing...I just, I just love you."
