Chapter 10

"Lincoln, I have to go find my brother and my friend." Octavia told Lincoln.

"I'm sure they are fine. Octavia, I just don't want you to go, it's too dangerous out there, I don't want you to get hurt." Lincoln argued.

"Dangerous?! Dangerous?!" Octavia growled with anger, tears built up in her eyes as she rapidly shook her head. "You tell me one minute that your sure that Bell and Clarke are fine, then the next minute your telling me it's dangerous out there!" Octavia took a deep breath and closed her eyes, allowing the tears to drain from her eyes and roll down her face. She then opened her eyes and calmly continued. "I appreciate everything that you have done to help me and I trust you, I really do. But, I'm not just gonna leave them. Bellamy is the only family I have left and Clarke, she might as well be my sister. Lincoln, please. You have to understand. I have to go after them,"

"Thanks, for earlier." Clarke told Bellamy, her voice was still a little shaky, but she truly felt better.

"Don't even bother to mention it, Princess." Bellamy smiled, but the smile eventually faded from his face. "What do you want to do, about those two?" Bellamy asked as he pointed over at Jasper and Monty.

"They sincerely tried to help us find her,. They are good people. I say we stop threatening them, and just let them go and try to survive as long as they can." Clarke told him with an honest tone and look in her eyes. "We don't need anything else from them."

Bellamy nodded. "Well, they had a different idea."

"What to you mean?" Clarke questioned.

"They said that they want to 'team up'," He rolled his eyes as he quoted their words. "Whatever that means." He paused. "They said that they are happy to help us continue our search for Octavia, and when we find her, Monty and Jasper want us to help them find one of their friends, someone by the name of Finn."
