*In an unknown area* Izuku wakes up dark-ish bar and bolts up
???: easy there you are still injured. Izuku: Where am I? ???: Well you are at my bar. My name is Kurogiri. Izuku: Izuku Midoriya Kurogiri: I saw you jump why? Izuku: Someone I once believed in said I couldn't achieve my dream of being a hero Kurogiri: If they said that then you shouldn't look up to them. Izuku: I know
Kurogiri: How about this you work as a villain you dont have to kill if you dont want to. Izuku: I have nothing else better to do since I'm dead. Kurogiri: But watch out you are quirkless so, I'm going have to hire the most hardcore gruesome trainers to train is that okay? Izuku: Sure.
For the next 5 or so years Izuku was trained and I mean trained most nights he couldn't sleep because of the pain. One day he finally met Shigaraki and he doesn't like him cause 1. He looks like a hand model stand and 2. He acts like a man baby. All Izuku knew was that one day Shiggy wanted to kill All Might the next thing he knows is that he was surrounded by villains standing infront of Kurogiri.

They enter the building and Ochaco is fingerling over 13 while Kirishima (aka best boi) says, "Cool they even have fake villains." Aizawa: Those aren't fake everyone get ready Ochaco starts glowing with pink lightning.
