The Invitation

A/N~This is my very first story and I really hope that whoever reads this (if any) enjoy my story! If you have any questions or suggestions for me, I'll be more than happy to look at them and reply! Suggestions on the story would be VERY helpful though cause I don't really know what I'm doing 🤣

A/N~ So, in order to jump into the story you guys are gonna need a bit of backstory from me. Izuku and Todoroki have been dating for about 2 months now, and everyone in class 1-A knows about it. Izuku really does love Todoroki and believes their relationship is going very well. I think that's all you'll really need to know before reading the story, but if anything comes up I'll explain it.
(Btw I'm used to making texting stories, so I'm not the best at written out ones, but I'll try my best!)

{No One's POV}

It's Friday after school and everyone is settling in the dorms after a long day of school. Momo had an idea in mind that she should bring some of her friends from her class to a party her parents are hosting later in the afternoon. Momo walks over to Izuku (they're not the best of friends in this, but they're still very friendly to each other) "Hey Midoriya!" Momo looked at Izuku excitedly. "Oh hey, Momo, what's up?" Izuku asked. "I was wondering if you would like to attend a party that my parents will be hosting later this afternoon? I'll be inviting a few others from our class, but not very many as I'm not allowed to bring too many guests." Momo explained. "Oh, that sounds really fun!" Izuku exclaimed, with a big cheerful smile, "I'll come for sure!" "Great, see you there Midoriya." She said with a slight smile across her face.

{Izuku POV}

Momo just asked me to a party! I'm really excited and I can't wait! I slightly smile, thinking about how much fun it's going to be hanging out with her and some of my other classmates. 'I wonder who else Momo is going to invite to the party? I'm actually hoping it's some of my classmates that I don't know as well, so I can make friends with them and get to know them better!' My thoughts race around thinking about what activities we'll do, and if I can make better friends with any of my classmates. I'm kind of spacing out until.. "Izuku! Earth to Izuku," Todoroki looked at me with a slight smile, giggling at my spaciness. "Heh, sorry about that Sho, I'm just excited for the party!" I exclaimed, looking happily into his eyes. "Heh, me too Izu." ... I don't know why, but when Shoto said that I got a weird feeling.. like a sense of dread.

"Alright, well I'm going to go to my room now to get ready. You should do the same." He kissed me on the forehead and started heading to his dorm, but I still couldn't get the feeling out of my stomach... "Yeah, will do!" I said. 'Man.. this feeling is really weird, I have a pit in my stomach and I can't figure out why... Oh well, I guess I'll just head to my dorm to get ready.' (A/N Btw the ' symbol shows someone's thoughts. Srry I just did wanna confuse anyone) I start walking up the stairs to get to my dorm on the second floor. I keep trying to shake off this feeling, telling myself that everything is going to turn out fine, and start thinking about how fun the party will be instead. Before I knew it, I was at my room and opened the door. I walked in my room and locked the door behind me so I could change. I started looking through my closet looking for something good to wear. 'Hm.. I wonder if I should wear something a bit more fancy than usual since I'm going to Momo's party.. her parents are probably really sophisticated based on the way Momo acts.' "Hm... fancier it is then!" I said, excited to try on the outfit I had picked out for myself.

I undress and put on the outfit I had picked out...

I put on skinny light blue jeans, with a black hood and a dark blue jacket on top with golden swirly cloud details. I looked at myself in the mirror, admiring my outfit. 'Wow I actually really like this outfit! Maybe I should wear it more often.' I hear a knock at my door and walk over to unlock it. I unlock my door and open it to be greeted by a very happy Momo. "Oh hey Momo! What do you need?" "Hey Midoriya, I was just coming to tell you that we're leaving in about 5 minutes!" She said with a smile. "Oh, okay! I'll meet you guys down there in just a second, I need to grab a few things first." I said, smiling. "Okay! See you downstairs in a bit!" She said excitedly, walking back towards the stairs. "See ya!" I smiled to myself and went back into my room so I could grab the last few things I needed.
