Raphtalia made her way into the castle, where Xana was waiting for her to arrive, with a somber expression on his face. "Himeko was eaten by a titan, Raphtalia..." Xana revealed, as Raphtalia teared up from what Xana told her. "I will deal with the titans for you, commander. Just take care of Himeko's daughter. Don't worry......I do have some tricks up my sleeve." Xana commented, before he left the castle to deal with the last remaining mindless titans. Raphtalia cradled the sleeping Yuno, as she saw a massive orb of yellow lightning near the base of wall Sheena. "Is that what I think it is?..." Raphtalia asked herself, as the smoke cleared, to reveal a 20 meter tall abnormal titan, with two horns on the top of its head. "It's the attack titan...I cannot believe what I am seeing...Xana is a titan shifter..." Raphtalia said to herself, as she stared on in awe of this sight. "Let's just see what he is capable of, commander." A woman named Serena Ackerman said, as she walked up to the Demi-Human, who was still holding Yuno in her arms. Xana's Titan let out a loud roar as it sprinted towards the Mindless Titans at full speed, and in a matter of seconds, he had killed 10 Mindless Titans with one powerful swing of his right arm. "So my Father actually decided to use his trump card?...Interesting..." A blonde haired man said as he sat next to Serena Ackerman, with a black book in his hand. "Good morning, Rubedo." Raphtalia said, as she smiled at the blonde haired son of Echidna and Xana. "You walk too fast, Rubedo! Please slow down in future, Kashira!" A familiar voice called out, as Beatrice rushed into the castle. "I'm sorry, Beako. I had to make sure that my Father was alright." Rubedo replied, and Beatrice pouted adorably. "What have I told you about your recklessness, Brother?! One of these days you are going to get yourself killed, Kashira!" Beatrice yelled, as Rubedo just laughed in response, before he rubbed her head. "You worry too much." Rubedo commented, as Beatrice calmed down, after she vented her anger at him. "Do you feel better now?" Rubedo asked, as he rubbed Beatrice's head again. "Yeah....Just be more careful next time, Kashira......It would make me panic less whenever you run off without me...." Beatrice replied, as she smiled warmly at Rubedo. "Alright then, Beako. I will not rush off again." Rubedo replied, before he opened his book again, as he read his book while Beatrice observed Xana's fight against the Mindless Titans.

Present Day....

Yuno's eyes glowed slightly as she thought about the creatures responsible for her Mother's death, and she clenched her fists, obviously wanting to seek revenge for what happened to her Mother. "You want revenge, don't you?" Jackson asked, as Yuno nodded her head. "I can relate to your desire for vengeance. When I was a child, I was defiled by a woman named Ragnarok, and for the longest time, I wanted to make her pay for what she did, but I knew that revenge would not bring me the closure that I desired, so I gave up on my desire for vengeance. You should do the same. We are fighting these monsters, but let's not allow it to be driven by a desire for vengeance." Jackson replied, as Yuno smiled at him. "Alright then. Thank you for believing in me, Jackson. I won't let you down." She replied,as she planted a kiss on Jackson's cheek. After a few minutes, Raphtalia entered the room with some coffee for both Yuno and Jackson. "Have you two been behaving while I was downstairs?" Raphtalia asked, as Yuno winked at her playfully. "Of course I have! I was just telling her about my past! You need to stop treating me like a child! I am 20 years old, Raphtalia!" Yuno replied, as she pouted adorably. "I just care about you. That's all." Raphtalia replied, as she rubbed Yuno's head. Jackson chuckled as he drank his cup of coffee, and he also rubbed Yuno's head. "So what is our mission?" He asked Raphtalia, who showed him a photo of a young girl inside of a cave. "Ymir....What happened to her?" He commented, as he saw Ymir Fritz in the photo, completely tied up in a cave. "She was kidnapped by Karl Fritz. We are planning on rescuing her from this man before he has the chance to end her life." Raphtalia explained, as Jackson placed a red gem in Yuno's hands. "I would use this myself, but I want you to go in my stead, while I catch up with Raphtalia. Just be careful, that gem has the potential to corrupt your mind." Jackson warned, as Raphtalia realised just what Yuno was given. "The Gem Of Haste...." Raphtalia said, as Jackson watched Yuno leave Castle Shiganshina to confront Karl Fritz with the power of Flamescion at her disposal.
