Applejack was still lying on the bed in a coma.Rarity was with her even though she was still pregnant.With her were all her friends and family from her and Applejack.

"Rarity, come to rest you must."Pinkie Pie told her.She brought her decaffeinated coffee.

"Thanks,but I can't rest."

"How are you Rarity?"Fluttershy asked her.

"I feel fine.But I’m still worried because Applejack doesn’t wake up.Why would Scootaloo do something like that?I really don't understand that."

"Me neither.We lost Rainbow Dash and now we will lose Applejack."

Twilight glared at Pinkie Pie.

"Pinkie, watch what you say.Applejack is still with us.Ignore Pinkie's words Rare."

"I'm sorry, it got out of my mouth.I had no intention of saying that.I'm going to get some air."

"Wait for me, I'm going with you."Said Sunset Shimmer.They went.A doctor came by.All the girls immediately went to him.Fluttershy asked about Applejack's condition.

"Unfortunately, we don't know when she will wake up, if at all.I am very reluctant to tell relatives such a thing, but it is my profession."

"Calm down, ma'am.We were thinking of disconnecting the appliances because it no longer makes sense."

"Rare is right.You have to rest, do it for Applejack."Rarity nodded and Twilight escorted her to the couch.Coco came to the hospital.She talked to Rarity.

"Spanska, polska och svenska.Du förstår, jag kan svenska.Skulle du gå till kaféet för att prata?"
