I woke up in his arms. His smell,his everything was beautiful. That face when he sleeps was like an angel.
Then everything got in black. My vision was fully black.
I heard an alarm ringing. It was all a dream. Nothing was real.
I opened up my tired eyes and stopped the alarm from ringing realizing that I had tears on my face. This is the first time that my dream was so real that I cried.

Alright,let's introduce. I'm Alexandra,and I'm 25 years old. I'm a resident in a popular hospital at the  neurosurgery department . Yesterday I came hope at 1 am from a 15 hour shift.
Tiring as hell. But I fought to get here so I better not complain.
I got up from the bed, realizing that I have an hour to get ready. I brushed my teeth ,got a shower and then I got to the kitchen to ate something. After that I took some black pants with a colored skin tone shirt but with flowers and then I got my bag with everything I need,and did my makeup a little bit.
-This is going to be a long day.
I was already tired as hell.
Then I got in the car to drive up to the hospital.
I parked,and after that I got a little bit of fresh air.why did that dream felt real? And who was Adam...?
Then I pulled myself together,and I got the residents room. I put my white coat on ,and then we are good to go. I checked if we have any patients for today, and we have over 16 ,and no surgeries.
Before starting my rounds I wanted to go to the cafeteria to tell my friend about the dream but also to discuss about a surgery.
I was looking at my patients list while rushing to the hall.
Suddenly I lifted my face to go faster because I cannot fall right now.
Then,out of nowhere I see Adam. I stopped for a minute to see if it was real. It was him. Alive. He existed. My list fell down.
-Oh,are you feeling okay? You seem a little bit weird.
He got my list .
-There you go.
A:I-uh.. thank you.i tried to be clear but I couldn't because I was so shocked to see him. Exactly like those dreams that I got. That was him.
I got the courage to ask him his name .
-Im Adam. Why are you asking that?
I was right. That was him. My love is here,pretty much alive.
-I thought you were a little familiar. I was trying to be calm but I only spoke mumbled words. Damn that was awkward.
I looked at him. He was so gorgeous. His face,his eyes,how he was dressed and everything. He was perfect.
-Miss,are you sure that you're fine? He kinda seemed  worried but mostly uncomfortable . Poor boy,I was staring at him so much that maybe I scared him.
-I-  Uh, I'm fine. I need to go now. Goodbye. Then I ran as much as I could.
I was still shocked. He is here. Hes real. Then what did I dream about? And does Nydoham really exist? There were so many questions.
-Breathe,Alexandra. I took a big breath and calmed myself down trying to process what happened and trying to move on .
After that, I got to my friend who's a fellow neurosurgeon,Ivanka.
-Hey,you seem like you're scared and shocked. What happened?
A:-Im fine,nothing serious.
-Alexandra,I know when you lie. Tell me everything,if you feel like telling someone what happened.
I sighed.
-Dont worry. I will tell you. But now we have go focus. We have to do a surgery tomorrow morning named subdural hematoma. And I want to learn about it. Do you want to come to my place to study the case?
-Of course,I will be there in this evening when we finish today.

For the rest of the day I tried to pull myself together and to focus on the patients I had.
Okay,its the last one and then I can go home.
I got to his bed analyzing what happened.
-so miss,when can I go home?
A:In 2 days if you fully recover. Make sure to eat and take your medicine,alright? I smiled.
-Thank you for everything.
I love when they tell me that. Thank you,doctor. For this i fought 10 years .
After I finished with that pacient, I got to my locker to get my coat and back and my heels.
Then I heard a beep from my phone. Must be Ivanka.
-Hey,I wil be at your place in 3 hours at least,we have an unexpected surgery.
A:Don't worry,I will go home and prepare some food.
-Youre the best!
-I know;)

After that I got out of the locker I got out of the hospital to get to my car. When I arrived I saw Adam. He was with a Black jeep. Kinda like my dream where that man took me to that palace. Weird.
Then he looked at me and started to smile while coming to me. He was so gorgeous I could literally die.
-Hey, you finished you shift now?
A:Yes,thankfully we didnt have any surgeries today so I got off early.
-Thats great. I havent got the chance to get your name this morning.
A:Oh, sorry. I'm Alexandra,nice to meet you Adam.
We shaked hands.
-Well, it was nice meeting you Dr. Alexandra. I have to go now but I'd like to get to know you better.
He was so confident but shy in the same time.
I smiled.
A:-Oh,That's great.Maybe you will,who knows.
Adam:-Id like to catch up with you ,if you want to. Can I have your number?
He was so beautiful I harder concentrated on what he said.
A:-Uh, sure! Its -
Before I continued he unlocked his phone and told me to type it there.
Adam:-There you go.
I typed the number,and then I got him his phone.
A:-Well,it was noce knowing you,Adam. Now you have my number ,but I have to go now.
Adam:-Okay, see you later...Doctor.
I smiled and got in my car.
I didnt believe that he asked for my number.... wow.
